I don’t know why this place doesn’t have 5 stars because it’s supposed to have five stars. This has had amazing food and drinks and you can go for any occasion.

I think worst dining experience I’ve had in years. Food wasn’t good. Pizza and Gnocchi were undercooked and tasteless. Took long time to get the food. Service not there

I've eaten at the restaurant before and I remembered how good the pizza was so I ordered the margherita pizza and sea bass, they both where horrible. There was no taste!!! The mozzarella wasn't not fresh, a string cheese tasted better.
To my surprise I was so disappointed, first the pizza arrived cold, followed by the tasteless experience we encountered.
Sea bass was like rubber, dry and uncooked. I didn't want to pay for uncooked food. I was better off going to McDonald's and getting a fish fillet.
We told our server to communicated with the manager but the manager didn't accept. The manager didn't even bother to come to our table and communicate-speak to us directly. Definitely not going back!!!

Mocha Blue in Teaneck is nothing short of a scandal. They promote themselves as a kosher restaurant, yet the hygiene and quality are shockingly poor. The dining area and kitchen feel unsanitary, the food arrives cold and tasteless, and the overall atmosphere gives the impression of neglect. What is worse, the lack of cleanliness poses a real health risk to customers. Charging premium prices for such low standards is unacceptable and disgraceful. This place is a shame to the community and should be avoided at all costs.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mocha Blue in Teaneck. The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. The food took too long to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and lacked flavor. For the high prices they charge, the quality and customer service should be much better. Definitely not worth the visit.

Just came for drinks and really enjoyed. The place was quiet and it took them like 10 min to serve us.

I took photos for this restaurant, and two days after I received the check, the owner reversed the payment and literally stole $1,000 from me. Then he blocked me and stopped answering my calls. They’re now using my photos on Uber Eats and DoorDash without my permission. I never transferred the copyright. If anyone can help me with this situation, I’d really appreciate it.

We’ve been to Mocha Bleu a few times in the past and to be honest, always walked away disappointed. Whether it was the service, the wait time, or the food-it never quite hit the mark for us.

But today? Total game changer.

From the moment we arrived, Mimi made all the difference. Attentive, friendly and genuinely caring, she elevated the entire experience. Everything ran smoothly, the food was great, and for the first time, we actually left Mocha Bleu feeling impressed.

Amazing food! We were there during one of the most crowded times (9 days) and even though we were warned that service would be slow, the food arrived a lot sooner than we expected. Our waiter was kind and courteous even though the house was packed and there was a lot going on.

The Sangaria was good, but when a fly got in it, the waiter just took the glass, and didn't apologize / gave refund / replaced it.
The ice tea was tasteless.
And it was expensive (maybe its because i am used to Israeli prices, but 63$ for two caps and a teremiso sounds too much for me.
