Being a resident of Teaneck, I don’t know why I never tried one of these cakes before! Today is my birthday and my husband asked me what kind of cake I’d like. Well I’m so happy that I chose a mortgage Apple cake! How delicious! So moist, fresh, flavorful and not overwhelming sweet! It was actually perfect! The cream cheese icing is literally “the icing on the cake”! This will be my go to cake for any of my future cake needs! Soooo good ❤️
I had the pleasure of trying Mortgage Apple Cakes, and I can honestly say they are some of the best little cakes I’ve ever had! The apple cakes are so moist, flavorful, and perfectly spiced—you can really taste the freshness of the apples. The ones topped with cream were heavenly, rich yet not overpowering. Each bite felt homemade with love and quality ingredients.
