Thank you to the chef for the delicious Nee Year dinner made up of several tasty dishes such as Southern Tossed Salad. Stuffed Salmon, Stuffed Mushrooms, tasty greens and mash potatoes. MBG Catering is THE best food we have ever had. Our guests were raving about the food, especially the Cajun salmon and mac n cheese. We were slightly worried when ordering since most guests were bigger guys but there was plenty. The jerk chicken was a standout — juicy, tender, and seasoned to perfection. It was hands-down the favorite dish of the night! My guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, and several even asked me for the caterer’s contact info — which I happily shared.
One thing that really impressed me was the portion size — they provided more than enough food, and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for the rest of the week.
