So we ordered take out and it seemed there was an appetizer missing. When I called they told me a manager would call me back and he did. He was ABSOLUTELY RUDE, he was yelling at me at top lung, when I told him I think they were missing. I asked him why he was yelling since I was not upset or yelling myself and he went off on another tangent and told me I needed to check my food and hung up. WOW that was very unexpected and left me almost speechless!! Regardless, on top of this, the food was absolutely disgusting and extra greasy.. not sure why they are even still open after all these years!!! Disgusting manager and disgusting food!! Don’t waste your time going here!

Live down the street and had food delivery and tipped; they charged us for an item and didnt pack it, hung up on us over 5 times when asked them about it and played dumb when we came in person. Terrible service seriously went down over the years!

I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for about two years on and off usually it’s OK.. tonight, I ordered spareribs on the bone and I got two ribs and two slabs of fat it was Inedible, I called and spoke to the manager and they told me that they use lean and fat mixture for their on bone ribs???? I said how do you add fat to a bone she couldn’t respond to that and I said thanks. I have to get my ribs elsewhere from now on. I didn’t expect a courtesy.. they don’t care

THEY OUTSOURCE THEIR DELIVERIES TO A COMPANY THAT OUTSOURCES THOSE DELIVERIES TO UBER EATS. Food is good, do not order delivery. The service they use is not reliable and it is sketchy. No one could get in contact with the delivery driver after he dropped off the wrong order from a different restaurant on my front steps the afternoon after a winter storm. The education system failed that person. I had to do a couple loops with a foreign agency to get a refund for my delivery fee and tip…and i didn’t even get paid for overtime. Data breach, or nah? We’ll see in 3-5 business days.

ONCE I GET TO THE RESTAURANT THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS THERE IS THE MANAGER WHO IS A RUDE MAN THAT REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND TELLING ME NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE FOOD. I ASKED HIM TO TRY IT AND HE SAID NO BECAUSE I COULD HAVE TAMPERED WITH IT. HE SHOWED ME THE FROZEN BAG OF CRAB RAGOONS HE SAYS HE SERVES EVERYDAY. I TOLD HIM IT TASTED SOUR AND ROTTEN AND HE SAID THAT CREAM CHEESE IS SUPPOSE TO TASTE LIKE THAT. HE INSISTED TO MAKE ME A NEW BATCH BUT I REFUSED AND DEMANDED A REFUND. I DONT THINK HE UNDERSTANDS CREAM CHEESE CAN SPOIL AFTER A WHILE! AND READING OTHER REVIEWS, PEOPLE HAVE HAS THE SAME ISSUE EVEN REPORTING FOR BUGS IN THEIR FOOD. Some of the worst I've ever had. Lo Mein was seasoned like with garlic oil only. Everything was double fried to just burnt except the dumplings. Dumplings were flavorless. I've never thrown out Chinese leftovers before this.
