TODAY I WAS ALMOST FOOD POISONED! THE MANAGER SENT ME SPOILED CRAB RAGOONS…. I WAS TOLD BY THE THIRD PARTY ANSWERING SERVICE TO TAKE THEM TO THE RESTAURANT AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME. ONCE I GET TO THE RESTAURANT THE ONLY PERSON WHO IS THERE IS THE MANAGER WHO IS A RUDE MAN THAT REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND TELLING ME NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE FOOD. I ASKED HIM TO TRY IT AND HE SAID NO BECAUSE I COULD HAVE TAMPERED WITH IT. HE SHOWED ME THE FROZEN BAG OF CRAB RAGOONS HE SAYS HE SERVES EVERYDAY. I TOLD HIM IT TASTED SOUR AND ROTTEN AND HE SAID THAT CREAM CHEESE IS SUPPOSE TO TASTE LIKE THAT. HE INSISTED TO MAKE ME A NEW BATCH BUT I REFUSED AND DEMANDED A REFUND. I DONT THINK HE UNDERSTANDS CREAM CHEESE CAN SPOIL AFTER A WHILE! AND READING OTHER REVIEWS, PEOPLE HAVE HAS THE SAME ISSUE EVEN REPORTING FOR BUGS IN THEIR FOOD. AFTER 10 MINUTES OF ARGUING I DECIDED TO LEAVE BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY REFUND. I WALKED OUT AND WILL BE REPORTING HIM TO THE TEANECK HEALTH DEPARTMENT ASAP! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

This man sold spoiled food to me and didnt want to refund me when I brought the food back let alone everything else was like it’s been ready the hole day he just fried it again to serve like it’s fresh I cannot believe this man been around for so long he is very rude I new somthing was up when there’s only one man running a hole restaurant be careful if you go here a lot wish all best ?

Some of the worst I've ever had. Lo Mein was seasoned like with garlic oil only. Everything was double fried to just burnt except the dumplings. Dumplings were flavorless. I've never thrown out Chinese leftovers before this.

Saw a roach running around when I went to pickup my food. Most dishes seemed to have the same dark sauce. Shrimp were cardboard - how long were they lying around. Vegetables were clearly frozen and boiled, not well. This place is shameful.

These people are so rude and nasty, went in to order lunch and the guy gave me an attitude bc I asked if they had fried rice. Then he told me in his broken English, you never ordered Chinese food before. I walked out, very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I can just imagine what their food would taste like. Don’t eat here. NASTY PEOPLE

I recently moved to the area and have been relying on takeout. Chinese food is my default choice when I don't feel like deciding on something else. After trying several places, I struggled to find one that nailed the fried rice. Upon my wife's recommendation (she's from the area), I decided to give this place a shot. Despite initial hesitations due to mixed reviews, the enticing pictures of their rice convinced me to take the plunge.Contrary to some negative reviews mainly focusing on customer service, my experience was excellent. Their rice was just like how I expected it. Very flavorful and rich with pork ( since I got to the pork fried rice and the beef with Chinese veggies) .The staff, particularly a young lady, provided seamless customer service. They've also streamlined the delivery process by partnering with Uber, linking your phone number for a hassle-free experience.

The guy who answers the phone is extremely rude and sassy. Everytime I call it seems that he is annoyed and has a attitude for absolutely no reason. I have given this store business for many years solely due to the fact of convenience but no longer! Me and my family do not deserve the disrespect that comes from this place. Do not order here
