Our experience at Pancetta was great! Our waitress Monica, was so friendly, patient and accommodating. She was happy to ask the bar our questions about drinks and answer any questions about food. By the end of the night we wanted her to have a seat and join us for dinner! The food came out extremely quickly and the The bar was willing to put together a drink that wasn't on the menu for us. We couldn't have asked for better service.
I made a last minute reservation on New Year's Eve because quite frankly everything was booked. However, myself and my family were all pleasantly surprised with how good the food and service was. The service was phenomenal, truly. The hosts, waiters and manager were all very welcoming, kind and attentive. The food was also really really good and they treated us to a desert because it was also my fathers birthday. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Happy to...
I've been at regular customer of Teneck Marriott for several times for about 10 years due to proximity of my office. The team there have been the most accommodating, from the Groups Sales team, Assistant GM, staff at Pancetta and most notably, The Glenn Bar, the staff especially Drita and Besnik are the consumante professionals, attentive, friendly very approachable. Thank you for being a great hotel, restaurant and friendly place outside of the New York hustle and bustle.
