I placed a large order with Paris Bakery in Teaneck and clearly noted my severe avocado allergy. Despite this, they added avocado to a dish that doesn’t even list avocado as an ingredient or option. This wasn’t a small mistake—it was a serious health risk.

When I called to explain what happened, I was shocked by the lack of concern. All they offered was a pastry if I went out of my way to pick it up. No real apology, no accountability, and no effort to make it right.

This is completely unacceptable. Food allergies are not a joke, and any food business should take them seriously. I expected much better from a place that claims to value its customers.

Too many bakeries opened at once. But such tasty food. If they had fewer bakeries , they'd have more TLC at each location .

This is not a restaurant.
And it doesn't come close in terms of service...
So why is the price higher than a restaurant???
Two women can never both sell and make coffee and be waitresses and clean!!!
The food arrived cold and after a long time
Landlord don't spare us!!!
We didn't spare you, we paid full price!!!

Food is very good. Prices are ok. Desserts and pastries are out of this world.

if you like European style pastries, then this is the place to go. the croissants are delicious, and with a wonderful texture. it is not surprising that they have multiple establishments.

Food was delicious, the place needs an upgrade but the the person who took our order was NASTY like Big time. She didn’t care about our order, didn’t have any patience, she had reddish/orange hair that was in pigtails. I placed an order for a 2 boxes of pastries and I asked for a bag, she gave me and made me to put the boxes of pastry inside the bag. Makes me not want to come here anymore.

I would have given 5 Stars if not for the price. $7 for a Croissant is a bit much. Mini Chocolate Tart and Cheescake were great, definitely more value for money. If you don't mind the price, and looking for great tasting pastries and baked goods, this is definitely a good place to try.

The place is nicely designed, and the food is ok, but I would suggest sticking to the pastries, croissants and breads as opposed to actually ordering breakfast or lunch.
The food was okay, nothing crazy, and a bit overpriced.
The bakery items are great though
