So I’ve been following prepped for you kitchen for at least one year! I kept saying I have to stop by every single time I see the truck, but today was finally the day. I referred her to my sister and brother in law yesterday and they sent me a photo of them standing in front of the truck. They called me once they made it home and said I had given them the best referral ever!!!!! They said “you must go and get the jerk chicken Caesar wrap now” They kept going on and on about the bbq sauce Caesar jerk combo. So I took their recommendation and let me tell you, the jerk chicken Caesar wrap is a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it. Christina’s friendliness was so refreshing!!!! I am looking forward to trying more of her items and catering for our next event! Thank you so much Christina!!!!!!! It was perfect.

Christina, the owner of “Prepped for You” have blessed my wife and I with amazing service and great food… She was highly recommended by a past client of hers’ and after experiencing the wonders of her craft we were not disappointed.
Great initial interaction from the beginning of our journey and throughout the entire project. Loved her professionalism, her passion, the characteristics she displayed and the warmth and welcoming atmosphere she embodied through the entire process.
Lastly, holding up the rear with great credit is the food she provided for us. With over a plethora of choices to choose from. The food is #Top Class!! The color, the display and the taste were all main attractions in my wife, I and our guests mind. We showed up hungry, we left completely filled wanting more food after.
I can not stress enough how well prepared and executed this event was and “Prepped for You” brought it all together with the gift that brings everyone together……thank you for catering to our Baby Shower.

I had the oxtails and jerk chicken wrap so far and it is absolutely AMAZING!!! That bbq sauce on the jerk chicken wrap just took it over the top and it was just perfect. If you haven't tried it, you need to.

I saved some food for the following day and never knew the chicken could be moist even post-microwave! Have to order again (:
