Got the oxtail with rice and peas. Food was great. Gets busy during lunch.
Ordered delivery, so I can’t speak on the dine-in experience, but I’ll definitely be ordering from here again. I tried their jerk chicken with rice combo, and the chicken had an authentic smoky jerk flavor though I do wish it had been a little less dry. The rice and peas were okay; not a ton of flavor and not many peas, but still acceptable. It came with a side of jerk sauce, which I appreciated for boosting the flavor.
I also had their jerk wings, which were very good, though a bit less traditional than the smoked chicken. They seemed more like wings tossed in sauce after cooking rather than smoked jerk wings.
Overall, solid food and worth a repeat order.

I see a couple of reviews on here about staff rudeness, but honestly I walked in and greeted them and they were nice. They got my order right away. I maybe waited like 5 minutes in total (ordering and getting it out). Just don’t stand there like a zombie waiting to be attended to… As a Dominican and fellow Caribbean person, the food was delicious. Some Dominicans also add the bigger beans in our rice and peas (Moro de guandules), but that’s like a niche Caribbean thing. LOVE THAT. That’s how I know it’s authentic. I got jerk chicken with rice and peas, sweet plantain and cabbage, and I got a beef patty with coco bread for my son. The chicken was cooked well and was juicy and the rice and peas wasn’t mushy or overly dry. I didn’t even take a picture because it looked so good I just started eating once I got home. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants ACTUAL Jamaican food. It tastes like someone aunty made it after school or something.

Says they close at 10 got here at 8pm and store was closed. False advertisement
Its been a really really long time since I had Jamaican food that made me want to rate it. This place is really, really good. I had the curry goat and the minute I opened up my box I knew it was going to be on point. I haven’t had the beef patties yet but I’ll be coming back soon !!
