I ordered wings for pickup, but my wife picked them up from the store. When she got home, she realized my order was incorrect. I called back the young man who works there and promised me a $10 credit. I tried to redeem the credit a week later during the afternoon, but when I called to place another order, this time in the afternoon, unlike last time when I explained the issue to the lady, she called me a liar and said she’s the only one who works there, which was a lie.
I’ve questioned the cleanliness of this place on many occasions. The same person who takes your money is usually the same person who prepares your pizza. They touch your money, your card, whatever and go straight to touching your pizza. No gloves. Today I found long strands of hair sticking out of my pizza. It was not from me as I saw it as soon as I opened the box. I’ve been going to this place since it opened when I was in middle school. Pizza used to be $1.85 and now is...
Used to be great, now barely average. Based on our most recent order they're really cutting back on the volume of sauce and ingredients they put on the pie, and likewise they really shorted us on the variety and volume of ingredients they put in our antipasto salad. We love the wraps on their menu but it's disappointing not to get the quality that we used to.
