so busy they don't even care if they get the orders right. pumpernickel bagel toasted with lox onion tomatoes became sesame untoasted lox tomato lettuce....
unfortunately last time to here
I was there this morning and I just got to work with my order of Bagel with lox, tomato and lettuce....I opened the wrapper and there was no lettuce, tomato no cream cheese even.... just Lox. It dawned on me that the girl that served me was the cashier at the time and didn't have gloves on even though she was also handling the cash I gave her..... Never again.
Nice, dairy restaurant.
Mainly sales pizzas and fries.
Nice to sit there as family.
Horrible. Waited close to 30 minutes for a bagel with egg and cheese. When they eventually realized they had to make my order, it was on the wrong type of bagel and didn’t bother to add the SPK I asked for. The bagel is mediocre at best as well. For this price point, I would steer clear of this place and get a real better bagel. Horrible layout of service as well. Never again.
Good food
Horrible. Walked in at 745. Asked workedif we should order from the kiosk or based on what was left over from the day. He said to order from the kiosk. We placed our order for 5 slices. Immediately we were told most of our items were not available. We were given a very hard time when we said we were canceling our entire order. The person behind the register was rude. He was not helpful when we were asking about other options. And he gave us a hard time when refunding our order. If the store is open until 9pm - per thevwebsite- they should have made us fresh food at 745. Or put a sign out that says closes at 9 but no new orders past 7. Horrible service. Very disappointing.
This was once the place for the best bagels in Bergen County. People were nice. Now the service here is absolutely awful. You cannot walk into the store and speak with someone to place an order. You're told only online. I place my order and only until I call to ask for confirmation do they tell me they don't have what I asked for but now it's too late and I'm stuck. Every time in the last 6 months I've gone (which is now very few) service is awful. The staff is not suitable or trained for front of house. They do not listen to you or your order so you have to tell them 3x and they still get it wrong then are annoyed. They rush you even when no one else is in the store. It is such a shame I've been going there for over 35 years and now it's a disgrace. No one wants to be treated like the store is doing you a favor, it's basic customer service. The bagels are still good but who wants to deal with that for a piece of bread?
Friendly staff, good prices and quick service.
Good food but during lunch time it gets VERY noisy and crowded.
It’s not a NY bagel but it’s good. Tried and true and been in the area forever for good reason. For the non-Teaneck person ordering and picking up your order can be confusing as there are two entry options and when you order at the bagel side you need to go to the other side to pick up breakfast options. It can be super confusing.

When I had issues with the website they refused my order over the phone. Terrible service and did not give me a solution when they were the problem.
Food was okay but service was terrible. 3 different store fronts combined for one large store. It's confusing were food was being picked up from after being ordered. Staff couldn't understand or speak back in English. Got multiple food orders wrong. Got my name wrong so I didn't know they were calling me for my order because they were calling the wrong name. When I handed them my receipt to show them the correct order, they took it and said to wait a minute and forgot to give it back. So when I went back to check on missing items, they wouldn't give it to me because they still had my receipt. I had to go back to the cashier where I ordered, get a new receipt, go back to the pick up counter and get my missing items. It was a good hour and half before I had all the food I ordered.
$6 for an okay slice of pizza. I asked for some parmesian, and was told that was another $2.
$4.50 for a plain slice thats half the size a slice should be. You guys are nuts.
Such a shame that some of the employees are straight up nasty.
