The staffs here are total disaster especially the young guy at the cash register in the pizza section. They have ZERO respect for the customers who are patiently waiting. Based off of this experience, this location has little organization and professionalism. They don’t seem to care about customers. They keep chatting with other staff without even looking at the customers when entering. Looks like it is their playground pretending to work but actually they are not doing anything. CLOWNS !!! I think there is no boss/owner around or no manager at present. Eventually they are going to ruin the business but then it is too late.

Made an order for a simple lunch took almost 45 minutes to make it and I had to run between the café and the guy who was making the salad. I wasn’t told I even had to go there.
I left the store without my salad because I didn’t know it was in the bag. No one told me anything extremely frustrated will not come here again!!!!!

The worst customer service i have experienced in a long time. My daughter in law was having a party and we wanted to get bagels and platters from a kosher store. One of her friends told us Sammys is kosher. We could not have had a more unpleasant experience. We called a few times and it went to voice mail. Finally on our 4th day of trying someone answered the phone. We asked if we could order a few platters and 3 or 4 dozen bagels. We were told that they don’t take orders over the phone and we were directed to the website and rushed off the phone. We then went to the website to order. The website itself is not organized well and lead to some further questions. For example, the cream cheese platter doesn’t have any descriptions as to what is included. It vaguely describes cream cheeses on a platter without specific types included. I have a child who is anaphylactic to nuts and we wanted to be sure that none included nuts. We then called again and after struggling to get through were redirected to the website. At this time, because we need kosher food, we went to the website and ordered bagels and individual cream cheeses by the pound. My wife bought disposable serving dishes to put the cream cheeses in as to have them presented appropriately and not in plastic tubs. Today , the food was delivered and an a large portion of the cream cheese was omitted, yet it was clearly on the bill. I called the store again and the woman offered to refund me the money and i asked if they could deliver what was missing as it was their error and she refused and got nasty. I asked for the manager and she said he would be in in 20 minutes. It is now 7 hours later and i have received no call back. Do not order from this place if you have a significant sized order or want to be treated like you matter to them.

This place really pops! I've never said this before. There are like 6 different places to sit. Both lower and high chairs, cumphy and solid chairs, tables and booths, but it doesn't stop there. They have like 14 options in pizza, and then you have massive salad room and then bagel shop. It just blew me and my friend away. Pizza was fantastic...but the Teramisso was a drop lacking, in all honesty. Overall, a great experience as well!

Bagels are great. Service could not be slower. Four bagels needed. Three people behind the counter, no other customer in the store. Took me seven minutes to get my four plain bagels. No toast, no schmeer nothing. Just put four bagels into a bag and take my money. Seven minutes!!!! Absurd? No, just Sammy's regular service.

I was there this morning and I just got to work with my order of Bagel with lox, tomato and lettuce....I opened the wrapper and there was no lettuce, tomato no cream cheese even.... just Lox. It dawned on me that the girl that served me was the cashier at the time and didn't have gloves on even though she was also handling the cash I gave her..... Never again.

Horrible. Waited close to 30 minutes for a bagel with egg and cheese. When they eventually realized they had to make my order, it was on the wrong type of bagel and didn’t bother to add the SPK I asked for. The bagel is mediocre at best as well. For this price point, I would steer clear of this place and get a real better bagel. Horrible layout of service as well. Never again.
