It’s not a NY bagel but it’s good. Tried and true and been in the area forever for good reason. For the non-Teaneck person ordering and picking up your order can be confusing as there are two entry options and when you order at the bagel side you need to go to the other side to pick up breakfast options. It can be super confusing.
I ordered a toasted bagel that barely spent any time in the oven. The inside wasn't warmed at all, let alone toasted. I didn't see many menus, except for the drinks menu. And with 3 different places to order and very little signage, I wasn't sure what was flying. I also had to ask for a paper plate because I was dining in.
Their service was really fast. The man behind the counter was very pleasant. The food was delicious and creative. There was plenty of space to sit, even though there were a lot of people.
