Kosher fast food hamburger/chicken place. I ordered chicken soup (tasteless) and a burger (dry, like it was cooked an hour earlier)

There was a family there with several small kids that were running around and screeching at the top of their lungs the whole time I was eating there (15 min). The place echos. I asked the counter guy with the accent and black hair to do something about that as one expects a quiet dining experience especially since the cost of food there is a bit expensive. The counter person suggested that I speak to the family if I wanted to and did absolutely nothing to quiet the situation. It was an unpleasant experience and I left with a headache.

It’s a great place to eat some dry shnitzle and best part is if you want sauce each one after 1 is an extra dollar. It’s one thing to charge for extra sauce maybe 30 cents but why do you need to price gouge

The first time I ever went there was the night of June 26 2024 and there was a very courteous, helpful and patient girl behind the counter. She helped me pick out the best choice for my order since I wasn't eating it till the next day. She advised having the tachina on the side. Despite not eating it till the next day the Israeli schnitzel sandwich stayed delicious.

Store is cute and cozy.
Service was really nice and laughed at my jokes which weren’t funny…… okay maybe they were funny but that’s not the point.
Food………. RIDICULOUS!!!!!
Chicken fingers with buffalo sauce is phenomenal! Lady behind the counter said the garlic fries are good and they are!! You MUST go try the chicken fingers!!!!!

I loved coming here always however today was a different experience I waited to place my order then the French fries came out it looked like half spilled somewhere so I asked the girl behind the counter and she said no that’s what you get. I counted there was 18 pieces of fries. I am disappointed.
