This location is so hit or miss on their drinks, sometimes you get one that is made wrong and tastes awful. They did fix a drink for me that was messed up but not before finishing a conversation among themseleves before they got to me.

Unfortunately, Today I’m writing my first bad review. Today(Thursday May 30th, around 8:30) a Starbucks employee forgot my order for 20 minutes and did not serve me a drink. They were laughing and talking to each other without any apology to me, And they didn't care about customers. Don't tarnish Starbucks' image by hiring low-level employees.

Disappointed! I ordered a Green Tea Frappuccino and I got more whole milk taste than matcha. It’s not that freaking hard to blend green tea powder, milk, classic syrup and ice. You don’t need that many brain cells to do so and yet here we are.

This is the 3rd time getting my order wrong from this location. They don’t care for your preference. I ordered with 1 pump syrup, they pumped 4 pumps and handed me my order. I would rather drive few more miles to other location.

I stopped to get a decaf white chocolate latte and was informed the machine was broken. I then ordered a gingerbread chai tea and croissant . My croissant came first and my drink followed. Upon drinking it, I hound it was not not, not warm -cool. I was in my car and didn’t go back in. Very disappointed. I will not go back.

HORRIBLE customer service, employees definitely don’t want to be working which shows through their extreme level of laziness! I waited 30 mins for a cold brew. People came in after and got their orders right away. To think I left a tip…Ended up leaving without my order.

That Math Teacher Betancourt

I asked for a latte and I got warm milk. I asked them to make it correctly and they said they will add an extra shot of expresso. I told then no please remake it correctly because I'm pregnant and I need to keep track of the caffeine. The person there didn't care and refused to make remake my coffee. I used to go there every day and always get the same drink, I don't understand why this was an issue.
