The Starbucks at Teaneck Marriott definitely serves as a safe space in the days I need a pick me up, before heading to the park. What makes it even more meaningful are the wholesome conversations with the staff, such as Noelle or Harold, who make it seem as if you are walking into a like-minded community, rather than just a quick in and out with strangers. I appreciate the heart of our interactions, that are organically inspiration, paired with the tea to go with it. I come here to regulate :-) Thank you to all the staff!

I ordered two lattes one matcha with vanilla syrup & vanilla bean powder and the other, a pecan crunch. They both overwhelming taste like milk with little to no flavor. The barista with tattoos and septum piercing sighed and made a head tilt backwards as if he was upset he had to make our drinks. Unfriendly & standoffish behavior from the staff except for one. The atmosphere is cute and the pesto sandwiches were great.

I usually order kids size hot chocolate for my kid here after swimming class, today they charge me short size price even though I ordered kids size. When I asked them if the price went up because it was a dollar more than usual, one employee was saying they dont have the kid cup size and it was a price for short size, And other employee told me the price went up. I paid and later I checked the price through Satrbucks app and realized that Short size and kids size are same 8fl oz and the price is different. I was intentionally overcharged and misled by the two employee.

Starbucks located at Glenpointe Marriott in Teaneck NJ is a great place to pick up your morning or midday coffee. What makes it different from others, is the environment and the amazingly friendly and cordial staff members.

This is not even a real Starbucks: it’s a franchise owned and operated by the third-rate hotel it’s inside of. The staff are not real Starbucks employees, they are poorly trained hotel staff. This location also uses lower quality ingredients than other Starbucks in order to maximize profits.
The worst part, however, is how ridiculously SLOW they are. You can place a mobile order, show up 10 minutes later to an empty cafe, and see all 3-4 employees standing in a corner chatting and laughing. Then they get started on your order after they see you walk in.
Also, like other reviewers, I have tried to order the lavender foam matcha from this location. They just give you a regular iced matcha and expect you to be fine with the fact that you paid extra money for nothing.
If you think this Starbucks is bad, you should see how they run the hotel.

They really need to change whatever they're using for the cold foam- it tastes terrible now! It wasn’t like this a few months ago. Even the iced shaken espresso doesn’t taste the same anymore. When you're paying $8 for a coffee, it should actually be good.

I specifically came into this Starbucks store to get the highly advertised and alluring beverage Lavender Matcha and to my disappointed this is what I received,I received a basic green matcha latte BS. It looks nothing like the drink that Starbucks advertised with the 2-3 inch Lavender Foam ontop-- tbere was absolutely nothing there. I finally had the opportunity of confirming how bogus this place is. When I questioned the 'barrista' about it they gave me a stupid excuse that was unacceptable. Forget about this drink if you are hoping to get the Lavender Foam topped Green Matcha drink here at the Teaneck Glenpointe Center location.
Diana isn’t the friendliest in the morning but I guess we got through it . The drink changed . Thank God i Had A gift Card from a friend and didn’t have to spend my money because i’d be pissed.
