I stopped to get a decaf white chocolate latte and was informed the machine was broken. I then ordered a gingerbread chai tea and croissant . My croissant came first and my drink followed. Upon drinking it, I hound it was not not, not warm -cool. I was in my car and didn’t go back in. Very disappointed. I will not go back.

HORRIBLE customer service, employees definitely don’t want to be working which shows through their extreme level of laziness! I waited 30 mins for a cold brew. People came in after and got their orders right away. To think I left a tip…Ended up leaving without my order.

I asked for a latte and I got warm milk. I asked them to make it correctly and they said they will add an extra shot of expresso. I told then no please remake it correctly because I'm pregnant and I need to keep track of the caffeine. The person there didn't care and refused to make remake my coffee. I used to go there every day and always get the same drink, I don't understand why this was an issue.

Do not waste your money here. It is not worth it. I ordered a small hot coffee, which was so cold I asked the workers if they could heat it. They said they do not have a microwave. It is so ridiculous they charge a lot of a coffee and do not give you a fresh coffee. I went there, and it was so absurd. Round noon, and they close at three on Sunday. They must make new coffee and throw away the old ones. I know that it does not cost a lot. I always go there and drive about 3 miles to get there and experience the worst

Had to run over to the building for an appointment. Had a Starbucks gift card and a frappachino was 7.40 I would never pay that for a coffee. But gift card I did it.

Signs say they are open 6am-6pm but you get met with an unpleasant surprise that they decide to lock the doors at 3PM.

Of course coffee is great, but found it odd that they had no decaf espresso, which I only found out 5-7 minutes after I ordered. Received a refund for that drink!

The first day I ordered from this Starbucks, my experience was great. I sat outside, and frequently saw staff coming out to smoke.The next day, when I picked up our two drinks, I brought them back to my hotel room before attempting to drink them. Once I lifted a cup to take a sip, I noticed that they REEKED of cigarette smoke. I’m not sure if workers were smoking around our beverages, or if they were just not exercising proper hygiene after going out for smoke breaks, but our beverages were undrinkable.
