I visited a Subway for a 6-inch sandwich, and the experience was disappointing from the start. When I arrived, the employee took a long time to come out from the back, seemingly distracted by her phone. I ordered a 6-inch chicken teriyaki on Italian herb and cheese bread with sweet onion sauce, and asked for the chicken to be double-cooked before adding it to the sandwich. She seemed annoyed by this request. I then asked to add bacon, and she gave me just one piece, claiming two pieces were stuck together. After separating them, it turned out to be only one slice.
When I went to pay, the total came to $12.67. I requested a receipt and, upon reviewing it, noticed I was charged an extra $2.00. I pointed out that I had not requested extra chicken, but the employee insisted I had. She went back and forth with me, then stated give me the sandwich back I will remove the extra chicken.
This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at Subway. I will not be returning to this location in Teaneck, and I want others to be aware of the unprofessional service I received.
Then after all of that my chicken was under cooked which is why I insisted for the chicken to be double cooked

. I am so happy I found this subway. let me tell you the woman behind the counter is the sweetest. I think she is the owner..The service is by far the best. Absolutely love getting subs from here. This is my go to place. They go above and beyond. The sub is filling. You won’t be getting a (WISH) sub from here They take care of you and give you plenty of meat and veggies.

Friendly staff and quick service. The food quality was excellent and the recommendation from the staff for add ons and toppings for the sandwich was spot on and turned out delicious. They give a the exact amount of meat and veggies that create a tasty sandwich as well. The atmosphere was bright and clean, love the new design- feels very bright and welcoming. Definitely recommend visiting this location , overall experience was excellent.

The lady who served looked like she did things reluctantly. I also ordered two Italian bread sandwiches and she gave them to me in a bag, knowing that a bag would also break most of the ingredients I asked for, she didn't have them. He told me that he didn't have pepperoni but I could see on the counter that he also had no mozzarella cheese.

Subway use to be amazing when they were in maywood. Wish they didn't close it. Not enough ranch sauce on chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Service was good but the food quality was low but at least it's better than the one in Washington

The ladies in this Subway on Cedar Lane are absolutely fantastic. Friendly, courteous, quick, clean -- sensational! I absolutely love this Subway. The ladies who make the sandwiches are dolls and the lady owner is one-of-a-kind. We all are blessed to have this subway in our midst.
