"Disappointing Footlong Experience"
I recently used Subway's footlong promotion and was quite disappointed. The bread quality was subpar, and the vegetable and protein portion was extremely meager. To my surprise, the cheese was even missing, and the bun felt like chewing rubber. I believe all the ingredients in the footlong was much less than those of a regular 6-inch sandwich. While I've always enjoyed Subway, this negative experience has left a sour taste, and I'm hesitant to return.

I want to give a shoutout to the Subway store in Teaneck! The man who works there is always so nice and provides excellent service every time I visit. He’s friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything is just right. It’s always a pleasure to stop by, and the great customer service really stands out. And the food the sandwich are so fresh and amazing! Highly recommend this location!

They charged me wrong for my wrap and charged me for a foot long. The guy who made my wrap was rude, everything he said was incoherent, and he didn’t even close my wrap. There were several miscommunications that he didn’t even go back on and just moved on. I asked if he had the foot long cookie and he started asking me about soda which i heard him say sold on so i asked for two regular cookies instead and he kept telling me to pay as i was asking him to clarify what he said since i saw him packing the foot long cookie. Overall not a good experience.

I'm really unhappy with the service I got from the person who made my sandwich. He was an older man who seemed upset whenever I asked him anything. The sandwiches he made were so disgusting that I had to throw them away. I think he really needs to learn how to make sandwiches better and how to be nicer to customers.
