Placed an order on 2/27 and was missing a bunch of items in the order. I have called 3x to resolve this and was told only a manager could issue a refund. I was told 3x that I would get a call within a day. It is now 3/19 and this REMAINS UNRESOLVED!!! This business is run badly. Why is it so much effort to complete a simple transaction?? Wouldn’t do business with them again.

Dirty place We arrived and the chairs were oily, the table was dirty. I wanted to drink water and the cup was dirty as well. The fries was hard as if they had rewarded it. Overall not a place I would recommend

Delicious food at fair prices. Only complaint is that our 2 entrees were served 15 minutes apart, and since both involved hot food, the 1st couldn't just sit 'til the 2nd arrived. Otherwise, Great!

Food was not great. I ordered a burger and they slabed on a chunk of red onion, the sauce they put on was way to sweet and more water then sauce which ended making the whole thing a mess, and the overall thing lacked flavor.

The manager and chef changed and the food is not the same as it used to be, we have been to the humble toast so many times and always enjoyed our meal, this time however we were very disappointed

A new manager - they changed chef and food is not the same, The new lighting is overwhelmingly bright, It felt like sitting in a floodlit stadium making it difficult to relax and enjoy my meal. I would recommend adjusting the lighting levels, Until then I'd suggest bringing sunglasses to avoid the glare.

Over charged. Service is meh. The tables are way too close together. They charge you a tip twice and won’t refund the extra charge. Not worth the mediocre food to be charged a double tip.

I paid $81 for two sandwiches and appetizer and a dessert. First off probably one of the worst sandwiches I’ve had ever the pastrami which they are known for was soggy and tasted like a really cheap piece of meat. The fried pickles were way overdone and Was like eating rocks with no taste. The fried Oreos were drowning in dough that was also overcooked, and you could barely taste the Oreo. Needless to say the portions were very small and not worth the price. I was very disappointed.
