My husband and I decided to eat here. While the bagel and cream cheese spread was fair, the service and cleaniness was extremely poor! Down right insulting!!!! 1st. The cleanliness of the establishment is poor, floor filthy dirty and tables sticky. 2nd. We purchased along with our order, a coffee and an orange juice. I took a coffee cup to drink the orange juice. The owner immediately came over and took the cup away from me. When I asked him why, he stated you must drink it from a straw! Then proceeded to walk away with the cup. I was appalled. 3. They provide you an extremely small napkin with your order. When I asked where the napkins were, the clerk handed another tiny napkin not even fit to blow your nose. 4. Customer service is non-existent!I unequivocally do not recommend this establishment .

Best bagels in Bergen County. Three Star Bagels are exactly what you expect a bagel to be. Perfectly soft but bagel chew on the outside and soft & very tasty inside. Love their everything bagel, also raisin, sesame too. Their cream plain and vegetable cheese is excellent. Try their Taylor ham, egg and cheese on a bagel or croissant so good!

I didnt get to taste the food since the person the did my sandwish scoop out the bagel with only one glove to hold the bagel and with out a glove scoop my bagel i left and the charge me 16+ for the same thing i pay $12-13 everywhere else.

Honestly the rudest servers with a don’t care attitude and no will to apologise. The owner equally as bad with THE WORST ATTITUDE I have ever seen in my life The people make this place and honestly this place is the worst bagel store with disgusting unhygienic practices. There’s a reason they are not voted best in nj just best on their side of the road I guess. I would say I wish you well but i absolutely don’t

In the beginning, the old gentleman whom I think is the owner is welcoming. He attended to my needs and all. I sat by the window with my laptop as I eat my bagel and drink my hot coffee. I've been at the table for about 38 minutes until he approached me and asked what time I plan to leave. The manner he delivered those words were kind of rude and he seemed condescending. He said that they need the table BUT to think that no one was there but me. There were plenty of empty tables which could probably sit about 20 person. I could understand if the place was busy and people don't have a table but there were none. I was just sitting at that little corner (my laptop is not even plugged to the outlet so I am not utilizing their electricity).I was excited to try out this place since I read good reviews. The bagel were good but the man was just rude. Poor management. I don't want to play a race card but I'm unsure if me being an Asian plays a role that provoked him to cast me out. Unless the man is just plain rude.I should have just picked up food instead, now I am left with a bad experience. So just a heads up for anyone who would be dining or staying there, be mindful that you will be asked to leave.Bagel was good by the way. Not going back.

Hands down best bagel place around; fantastic iced coffee as well. For anyone complaining about the service, you must be the problem - I've been coming here for years and the two guys working behind the counter are always friendly, smiling, greeting customers and the owner knows everyone in town. People walking by stop in just to say hi to him. 10/10 Recommend and so worth it.
