This place is great!!! Their food is so good and quick and easy I love it!! If you want some great vegan food that’s quick and simple that’ll give you energy… go here! I had one of everything they had that day and it was more than great!! The men that were working that day were very nice and one explained everything that I asked him about. Unprofessional I take a drive from New York I lost count of how many times they say they are open at 12pm and I get there and it's closed. Always a I'll be back sign they never answer the phone very poor business practice.

I've been coming to Vital Vegan for some time. The customer service keeps getting worse. Today is the last day I will go back. They are unprofessional never open on time they make you wait forever for food the store is upside down, today they had barely any food ready & charged me $17 for a small quinoa bowl with fried oyster mushrooms & sauteed mushrooms. After waiting outside 30 minutes they finally let us in to make us wait for another 20 inside with no food ready. To be charged for Oyster mushrooms when that is all they had with the quinoa that had no flavor & sauteed "teriyaki" mushrooms that didn't taste anything like it. One of the girls every time I come in doesn't crack a smile she just looks at you like she doesn't want to be bothered. Sad but today they lost my business. Get your hours right instead of having people waiting like that. 4 people waiting with us were all saying how terrible the customer service is & they are no longer coming back. No not even an apology for making people wait that one girl could care less the Spanish girl is the only sweet one who seems to do it all on her own. Sad to treat your community that way.

I really wanted to give them 5 starts but unfortunatly I can't ignore the issue they have. The food is very good, and flavorful. And i like the natural herbs they sell. But the people running this café are not ready to handle the resposibilty of owning a buisness. They lack the discipline and consistency of opening the shop on time , more then once I check google to make sure they were open only to find them closed once I arrived. Also they lack the supply to meet the demands , I went there a second time that same day and they had no food to sell and no herbs to sell, and the previous customer said they been waiting 2 hrs to get food, my intention is not to hurt their business . Maybe they will check their flaws and correct the mistakes being made.

The food is great but I think they are still open because they are one of the few vegan restaurants in the area. They have the worst customer service, they never pick up the phone and one day you show up they either closed or you can see the food is there but there is sign that says that they are coming back at 1 and it’s already 2 o’clock! And the best one you go there and they have no food left and they give you attitude!

Hours are inconsistent and the workers seem like they'd rather be any place else. There is a phone number but it only sometimes works. Food is good if you can ever get it. I saw a rat outside the restaurant once so take that however you want.

My second time here and I know it won't be the last.I got the vitality Bowl with quinoa and everything on it (next time I'll try the wild rice, I heard it sells out fast ?) with spicy sauce and some extra on the side.This was my first time trying the mango dragonfruit smoothie and it was honestly so delicious and refreshing! Definitely looking forward to my next visit ?
