Horrible experience last night. My son was at track practice at THS when my 5 year old needed to use the bathroom. The school is completely closed, so I drove down the hill to this place and asked to use the restroom. The worker said yes, and then her coworker said I had to buy something. I’m explaining she needs to pee. She’s going back and forth with me. I said fine just let my child go to the restroom. She tells me she is just doing her job. She has no sense of urgency. Says the restroom is not locked. I tell her it is locked and she says “I just need you to give me a minute” What? Mind you there are no other patrons in the building. It was completely frustrating for a parent trying to get their kid to the restroom and have to deal with this nonsense. I come back out and brought whatever she told me to and left it on the counter. I want nothing from this place. I understand not allowing an adult to use the restroom. A child who has minimal control over their bladder, that I don’t understand. I go home and tell my 16 year old what happen. He’s like, “Mom that’s not true. I have used it before on my lunch hour and didn’t buy anything.” Nice! Way to go yogurt shop! Horrible service. You won’t see any of my family there again, nor recommend your business to the organizations I serve on.
