Hospitality is the name of the game for a business of this sort. When you walk in the place there is no price for the very main product you are buying….Frozen Yogurt, I actually think that is illegal considering it is sold by the oz. Next they only have 1 size cup large enough to hold a couple of lbs. There is no consumer scale. For those on dietary restrictions how is one to know if they are putting in 4 ozs. I know that getting help in these type of stores is difficult, but if you do hire them make sure they can add or subtract. My wife likes frozen yogurt and I occasionally bring it home for her. Since they opened I have NEVER had a pleasant t experience. from serving myself to having to pay. Even the owner is nasty and when you take the time to explain your gripe she does not care and gives you lip service. I have such disdain for any kind of retail establishment that does not relish the customers needs. This place is an insult to consumerism in every corner. I wish my wife would go back to…..ice cream.

in tenafly they were quite rude.made an issue over 9 yr old who realized they didn't want her choice and the employees gladly and rudely said u have to pay for that yogurt once it's in your cup..they should ask was there a problem and allow 1st mistake. she had an allergy to that flavor and forgot.not a comfortable feeling being told
we have a Camara and are watching u
they should do the service.and avoid all your mean and inappropriate rules..not returning

Two of the flavors I tried were spoiled, mushy and sticky, and when I mentioned it, the employee just shrugged and said that’s how it’s supposed to be - yeah, sure..
Not surprising that some flavors were spoiled as the machines were loud, shaking the floor like they were about to fall apart.
Flavors weren’t labeled well, no allergen info, and they all pretty much boring and over-sweetened.
Also way overpriced. I got half a cup with no toppings and it came out to over $7. Either the prices are ridiculous or the scale was broken too.
Not going back.

Up until now, I’ve had a pleasant experience with the BYY of tenafly. I went into the store today to get a frozen yogurt and spilled a little yogurt. I forgot to turn it off and a little went onto the tray. All was okay until I went to checkout and the server comes out from the back and says he was watching me on camera and saw I spilled a little. He told me next time I’d have to pay when it was clearly a mistake. He was also on the phone when we were checking out. Pretty good yogurt but nothing crazy with terrible service.

Good quality frozen yogurt but the prices are quite extreme for small portions, it is usually pretty packed and it has many options as well as many toppings. The servers are rude but everything else is good, I recommend going.
