We always see the same awesome person there, she is great everytime and the milk tea there is my favorite (it doesn't come with bubbles which I prefer but you can always add it) highly recommend going plus their mille cakes are really good too!!

This response is corresponding to the last comment. As a parent, we send our children without our presence is based on trust. We want our children to enjoy their after-school time with their friends in a safe and convenient environment. It seemed Joey’s daughter had a bad experience with the cafe workers. I personally think the cafe manager can handle the situation in a better way and their customer recovery service needs some improvement. Nobody wants to leave the store without happiness and satisfaction. Making customer happy is the key to make the business successful.

Just discovered this place and the bubble tea is amazing and fair priced! Will definitely return!
TLDR: ask for your receipt and check before leaving.My teenage daughter and her friends have been visiting here for a few times. I haven't heard much from her so I thought the food and service must be okay. But today (11/03/2023) the cashier claimed she gave the changes but in fact she didn't. Nor did she give my daughter any receipt. The cashier just took 15 dollars for $10.75 food and gave no changes at all.When confronted the cashier repeatedly claimed that "it's just 3 dollars" "it's not a big deal". The kid was shocked and didn't know what to do. She was crying and decided to call her mom for help.When the parent arrived, the cashier was in a very angry mood and continued to claim the changes were already given. One of her coworkers intervened and apologized on behalf of the cashier. Although we were given the exact changes at the end, the cashier never apologized and we didn't get a receipt.

Fantastic having our own milk tea place in Tenafly! We also had the black sesame dessert. We were dining in, and I was disappointed to get this in a plastic to go container. Would have been a lot better in a bowl. I encourage all businesses to be more sustainable.
