Ordered a mango pomelo drink. It came without any sago and a slight hint of coconut milk. For a $10 drink I expected more than just a mango juice slush.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I went to this bubble tea shop to grab a drink, but while waiting, I noticed some serious red flags. First, the sales rep was handling the bubbles with bare hands—no gloves, no tongs, nothing! That’s completely unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, there was a technician repairing something in the store, and I overheard that they weren’t even paying him for his work.
It’s clear this place only cares about making money, not about proper hygiene, training their staff to be polite, or even paying people for services rendered. If they can’t pay a technician for work done and can’t even follow basic sanitary practices, what else are they cutting corners on? I will never go back, and I strongly advise others to stay away. This is not how a business should be run.

i love infinitea! the lady who works there is always sweet, and makes the drinks perfectly. i always order my drinks with rice balls because this is the only boba place within distance from me that has that option ^__^ theyre also open pretty late which is a plus for late night cravings!

I drove here based on the great reviews. Their website says they open at 11am. Google says 12pm. I came around 12:05pm to be safe. But the door was locked, and it was dark inside.
A few minutes later an employee showed up who came to the door and unlocked it. I asked if they were open. She said yes and turned on the lights.
I ordered a bubble tea. She said the boba wasn't prepared, so I would need to wait 20 more minutes. I left. She didn't apologize for opening late and not being prepared.

We always see the same awesome person there, she is great everytime and the milk tea there is my favorite (it doesn't come with bubbles which I prefer but you can always add it) highly recommend going plus their mille cakes are really good too!!
