Excellent service. However I had way too much food. Consultant helped me order for my home party of 12 adults. I had enough food for 20. Next time i will be smarter!

Order accurate. Easy to place. Chris makes it very convenient to repeat order out favorite ms and seems to know which new items and which quantities will work perfectly. We have several dietary restrictions at home , chef not only accommodates them the team remembers the long list of them each order. A real pleasure. Quick easy delicious worth every penny down to beautiful plates napkins placemats plastic wear including beverage breakfast items lunch dinner snacks, daily fresh grab n go or frozen , individual and platter, apps soups mains kids meals entrees desserts ready and to order breads for a few or large catered staffed event. This order was for the holidays over few days. Including platters - kindly delivered. :) clients’ needs taken into consideration every time !

Dietary restrictions: Accommodated 100% of the time creatively ! Vegan dairy free even more complicated Promenade accommodates all at the same time regularly for our family. They catered a large engagement dessert event vegan dairy free for my son - guests were shocked to learn the desserts were in fact dairy free they were so delicious! Same with vegan cakes cupcakes cookies. As well as their food items. Many menu items can be adjusted for dietary restrictions without being noticeably different in taste from original.

Very disappointing experience -- overpriced, overrated, poor customer service, and lacking in quality and freshness. The employee who helped me was inexperienced, disinterested, and had no knowledge of customer service or the cakes I was inquiring about. After paying an extra $5 for a short message to be written on the cake, I was presented with a small white piece with childlike handwriting that did not look professional or match the decor of the cake. Only when I persisted did another worker replace the writing. And when we finally had the cake it was dry, did not taste fresh, and did not match the chocolate cake and chocolate mousse description I was told.
