The person, Teresa, who helped me was excellent. Patient, informative, and helpful. The delivery was on time despite snowy weather, and there were tips on reheating food! Only complaint; the rice pilaf was plain white rice with a lovely flavor, however, my vision of rice pilaf contains rice plus browned orzo pasta. This rice dish was very bland, colorless and visually disappointing.
