Just ordered a plain cheese cake and pecan ring for a special occasion. Threw both items in the trash and whipped up something quickly. Both items were dry and stale. The cheesecake was over baked, lumpy and flavorless. The pecan ring middle frosting was still frozen. I ordered a fresh order to be delivered after 2pm. There was not reason to not bake my order this morning. Really disappointed and let down.

Inconsistent. So disappointed in my last purchase and to be honest, embarrassed. Bought pastries to bring to a house gathering and all the guests negatively commented on how the pastries were NOT FRESH. I would have preferred being told what was baked when and perhaps could have selected items that were baked that day or at worst the day before. These seemed days old.

I can only comment on the hamentashen and the cheese danish. Both are the best ever. Soft fresh and stuffed. Hard to stay away from

7 teenage boys came in from subzero temperatures after playing soccer and No one wanted to eat the birthday cake!!!! That's how terrible the cake was.

Recently stopped in twice, once to order a yule log cake, and once to pick it up, and both times I had the pleasure of being helped by Annie. Very polite, very professional, and really cares about getting your order exactly the way you want it.The cake itself was amazing! Not only did it look like an actual log made of wood, but it tasted delicious! They also added some plastic people and animal figures so that when you open the box it looks like a classic winter scene. Very nicely done! I only wish I had taken a picture.Miller's bakery does not disappoint! Delicious cakes and cookies and friendly staff. How can you go wrong?

Millers bakery has been a staple in our home for years and every holiday they do not disappoint. Not only is the quality superb but the people there even more. I wouldn’t recommend any other bakery.
BTW try to find better black and white cookies anywhere else!!!!!!

Called in and reserved something to be made for a birthday. Showed up on the day which they said it will be done.Nothing was made, they saw the order in the computer but didn’t provide any explanation as to why it wasn’t made.Told me that they can have it done by 1pm of that day, but that didn’t work out for us and defied the whole purpose of ordering a week in advance. All good, ended up getting cupcakes in a pinch, but overall not satisfied with the job they had and therefore will curb how many times we do business with them.
Review long overdue. I personally had one of the best experiences ordering from Millers in tenafly. I ordered a custom cake for my sons 10th birthday and they did exactly what I asked for. Even delivered! The cake was so moist and delicious. It was more than I could ask for. The staff was friendly communicating and efficient. I will be ordering from here all my cakes.

I visited here this morning and overall it was disappointing.No one said hi when I entered not even when I said hello at the counter.Someone else came in when I was looking at the menu. I told him I need more minutes so you can go ahead.One of the staff was so welcoming to him and said hi as soon as she saw him.But I didn’t get any greeting even when I said hi first.I ordered hot latte and was waiting for it.The staff who made my coffee roughly poured milk into a cup in front of me and turned around without answering when I said thank you so much. She didn’t even look at me as if I wasn’t there.I don’t know if it was just my misunderstanding but I could tell that the way they treat other customer and me were different.I don’t know if it was because I’m Asian or because I’m younger than them so they don’t really care about young customer like me.I don’t think I’ll visit again.
