I’ve been a long time customer so much so that I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed it yet. chick & roll is a small snack &sweet shop that offers the perfect type of comfort food for what ever kind of day you’re having. The reason I write this review now is because there was a bit of a mistake with my order. When I communicated with Jung, he took full ownership and not only did he remake it free of charge, he gave me a gift card for my troubles. In my book, a business worth recommending is one that’s taken true ownership of making sure they do their best even after they make a mistake. I personally love the soy garlic chicken bowl and boba but the mochi donuts are also a great treat. Ton of parking in the lot, well lit… only downside is that it doesn’t have that much seating. Worth stopping by and checking out.

What a phenomenal delicious lunch at Chick and Roll! Jung, the owner, was so friendly in helping us decide what to get and take our order. The fried chicken sandwich was sublime - it was about the size of a whole planet, but I inhaled the entire thing: it was so good! My friend’s sweet and spicy chicken bowl was also perfect. So reasonably priced, too. I will definitely come back here again and again!

Service was good and the workers are so sweet and kind. We had difficulty finding out something we know and got samples so we know what we get when ordering, very patient! (Boba) Both boba and mochi donuts are very good!
