This place to really enjoy, go in odd hours coz when it gets busy, everything gets delayed as the rush increases. The sushi rolls are really good! Fresh and flavorful, the rest of the menu items are pleasant. For the price and their food, do try out if you are around.

The food here was fantastic — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was lovely. Our server was incredibly kind and welcoming; truly one of the best dining experiences in terms of service.
However, our meal was disrupted by a group of unaccompanied children who were very loud, constantly changing the restaurant’s music, and playing with the volume to the point it was hard to hold a conversation. One even mentioned their dad owns the building. Another diner actually asked if they were ours because it was that disruptive.
I really hope the owner addresses this, because it’s not fair to the staff or the guests if the children are being truthful about coming three times a week being this disruptive. Otherwise, this place is wonderful and I’d absolutely return when I’m back in the area.

The food at Osaka Sushi is absolutely delicious, no doubt about it. I usually come here on weekends for the all-you-can-eat option, which comes to about $65 for two people including taxes and fees. I’m totally fine with paying that price because the quality of the food is great.
However, the service can be really frustrating. They seem to pick and choose what food to bring you. For example, I’ll order sushi, soup, edamame, and a few other things, but they’ll bring the sushi first and forget everything else. I keep having to remind them about my soup, which should normally come before the main meal. The young girl who sometimes waits on my table consistently forgets us, while every other table around gets their food promptly.
It honestly makes no sense to bring out sushi and Oreo dessert before appetizers. On top of that, when I order something like 10 pieces of yellowtail, I’ll sometimes get only 6. Maybe it’s laziness, I don’t know—but it’s annoying to have to keep asking for the rest.
I ended up getting up and leaving early out of frustration because of the terrible service. I love the food here, but the inconsistency and lack of attention really ruin the experience when certain servers are working.

This place is absolutely horrible. The food is low quality, the service is HORRIBLE, and the staff have no empathy for their customers. The wait times were so unnecessarily long, there was only one other person in the store being served and it still took over 40 minutes for my food to come out. Highly don’t recommend.

Wow if I could give this place a one star I would. The staff are so inattentive to their customers. My friends and I came here the other day when the restaurant was basically empty and we stood there waiting to be seated while they just stared at us. Finally 10 minutes later they came up to us and seated us and then took another 10 minutes to ask us for our order. Mind you, it was basically EMPTY. And dear god the food came out literally 30 minutes after we ordered. I understand food taking long to come out but for a practically empty restaurant I found it a little ridiculous. Staff is horrible and the food was alright. Wouldn’t recommend. I’d rather go to asahi down in Northvale.
