As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with an attitude. We had to ask for an extra plate and extra utensils because they forgot about us and even worse, we never received a drink. Though they offered everyone else around us, they fully ignored us and proceeded to neglect us, we had to share an owala. The food was okay but the service was horrible, the little service was done with a rude attitude.

The food is great and there are no complaints (however the miso soup we all ordered came without the seaweed and tofu and the spicy seaweed salad was not properly described on the menu) but the service is pretty bad here. I came with two other friends and when we came in we were the only ones here. We had to wait around 20 minutes to order. Before we could order two large groups of middle schoolers (around 10 per group) came in, they ordered immediately. When we got our food we were not given water. We assume it was because there was ONE water bottle on the table, we eventually had to go to another table and borrow their pitcher to refill the one water bottle that we were all sharing. Not one person came up to check on us or the food during the entire experience.
We were first time been osaka sushi last night , it was very cold outside , but restaurant was very warm , the waitress was very nice and friendly , we didn’t know how it was work about ayce, waitress was very patient to tell me how it is works, we had 3 round sushi and kitchen, everything was great and delicious , we recommend more and more people come to try this sushi spot. Sushi quality was excellent, service was great, price was reasonable, we love this place, we will back.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!! I have never had a good experience here. The owner refused to give my friends and I the food we ordered. The kitchen staff were also extremely rude and dismissive when we complained about it. The owner then started arguing and raising his voice at a group of teenage girls, ISN’T THE CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT?!?!? Aside from that, this place is extremely unhygienic and unprofessional. DO NOT COME HERE.

My dining experience at Osaka was unpleasant to say the least. The food was low quality the service was abysmal and the place had a dreadful odor. THE FLOOR WAS DRENCHED WITH WATER. One of the employees slipped backwards onto the floor and right after my friend had slipped and hit her hip. This is an extreme HAZARD⚠️ . The owner had forgotten avocado in my roll and, without INFORMING ME, HE CHARGED ME THREE ADDITIONAL DOLLARS. When I mentioned it to him he told me to leave. I am beyond shocked and disgusted considering we are loyal customers who come very often. This behavior was very disappointing to say the least and I can safely say I won’t be coming here any time soon.
