Ample food, excellent wait staff. Paella was excellent ample portions, fresh and very tasty. Staff, especially the maître was very attentive and cordial it really made our time there very enjoyable.

Our party of four thought that the food, especially the tapas selected including shrimps, croquettes, chorizo and potatoes were deliciously prepared.

We went (3 of us) as a birthday celebration, and had a wonderful experience. The service was efficient and the server was knowledgeable about any questions we had. We order several tapas for a hearty meal, and each one was delicious and prepared and presented exquisitely. The deserts were also very good (Crema Catalan and Tres Leches). We will be back!

Very cheap ingredients, poor display of the dishses. Looks like someone got some bread, cold cuts and cheese at stop and shop and slapped them together. We did the happy hour menu, not a single dish was worth it's price, not a single dish was truly enjoyable. It's a shame, such potential. The drinks were good.

Quiet night . Food great. Waiters very attentive. Gorgeous place. Will be a regular. Celebrated a birthday. Waiters brought our dessert with a candle and led us in singing Happy Birthday.

This is a true neighborhood gem! We are fortunate that it is a quick 15 minute drive from where we live. Ample parking, especially with the lot across the street and the food is delicious! Service was outstanding as they were always checking in on us, and refiling our water glasses. The grilled Octopus appetizer, garlic shrimp and croquettes were fresh, hot and delicious. My husband really likes the stuffed lobster where as my favorite is on the specials menu-Tiger Prawns. For the price, you get huge portions along with potato chips, rice and vegetables. It was a great choice for a very cold night in NJ!

Great place for a romantic dinner. All the staff were friendly and the food was very tasteful reminding us of Spain. The price was average and would return in the future.

Went to Sayola last night for my fiancee's birthday for dinner and to see the Flamenco show. The experience far exceeded my expectations. The food was excellent, from the appetizers through dessert. The white sangria was delicious. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. We didn't feel rushed at any time.

The show was absolutely amazing. The musicians and the dancer were extremely talented and authentic. They rivaled the performers we saw at a Tablao in Barcelona. I don't know if it's the same performers every time, but I would definitely go back again.

My experience during my recent visit was very good. The service was excellent. The music is great. The food is good, at least what I tried: salad, bread, avocado with tuna/crab, empanadas, and very good drinks.

Definitely I recommend this place. See the pictures and judge it yourself. Enjoy!

Where do I even begin with this experience? I'm planning a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband on October 19th and made a reservation for 12 people about three weeks ago. When I first called, I spoke with Sandra, who was incredibly accommodating and kind. I explained that this party is important, as it’s a surprise for my husband, and I wanted to recreate an evening from our summer trip to Spain. Sandra and I agreed on a semi-private room, where we would be sharing the space with a few other tables, and we made arrangements to bring decorations, a flamenco dancer, and a cake.

Today, I visited the restaurant to finalize the menu and check out the space. I was greeted by Francisco (the manager, though I’m unsure of his actual name), and that’s when everything took a turn. He informed me that if a larger party (13+ people) books the same night, we would be moved to the main dining area—this was never discussed. As for decorations? He dismissed it, saying if it doesn’t fit on the table, we can’t have it. The flamenco dancer I arranged? No space for a 30-minute performance on a busy Saturday. All these details had been confirmed with Sandra well in advance, yet Francisco seemed uninterested in honoring them.

He then emphasized that he "can’t lose money" and treated my party of 12 as more of an inconvenience than valued customers. His message was loud and clear—profits come first, and if my party gets bumped from the private room, so be it. He even suggested I move the entire event to Sunday because it would be more convenient for the restaurant. Excuse me? I’m not asking for a favor or a free meal.

To the owner: I strongly recommend reevaluating your management. Francisco's behavior was unprofessional and completely lacking in hospitality, while Sandra has been a model of customer service. Perhaps she should be the one managing. I work in the city and regularly deal with restaurants, and I’ve never been spoken to or treated like an inconvenience. My reservation still stands—will you make this right?
