We went for a weeknight dinner out at Sayola and it was fabulous!The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I really liked the Caldo Gallego, a Galician soup, and the Paella Valenciana. So yummy! Our waiter was attentive and the place was ample, well decorated and authentic. Perfecto!

Brought 4 friends (who had never been) to this 'go-to' of mine. None were disappointed; the restaurant lived up to my boasting. Appetizers were the combination skirt steak, shrimp and chorizo; fried calamari, coconut shrimp and shrimp in garlic sauce. We needed extra bread for the sauces. They were great. This carried on to dinner. Three had the filet mignon and shrimp special, I had the bronzino and the other had the veal medallions. Again... any of the sauces are unique,...

Ample food, excellent wait staff. Paella was excellent ample portions, fresh and very tasty. Staff, especially the maître was very attentive and cordial it really made our time there very enjoyable.
