I had a reservation yesterday and everything went fine. I was planning to come back today with some friends, but my reservation was suddenly canceled without any explanation. On top of that, I was told that all employees were let go today without any prior notice, leaving a lot of people unexpectedly without work. Very disappointing and unprofessional situation

Extremely disappointing experience. Our birthday dinner and celebration were canceled just hours before the reservation due to a temporary closure, with no warning and no phone call from the restaurant. This was supposed to be our first visit, and the lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. Not a great way to handle guests or run a business.

Alicia was an amazing server! She gave amazing recommendations, made us feel so comfortable, and made our daughters birthday so special. Everything from the apps, entrees, and dessert was delicious and the cocktails didn’t disappoint either. Alicia did an amazing job making us feel like home, there was not one part of this experience that disappointed. Can’t wait to come back again!

Tried Spring House for a happy hour drink. The bar area is dark, cozy and nice with a decent cocktail program. But, the music!!! What should have been quiet jazz was instead loud European house music. My husband and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. But hey, if you like city prices and to shout at your seat mate at the bar, you may like it.

The mgr was absolutely correct in their response to my review.. I wrote it just literally after coming back from a horrible lunch experience of a table of 8 with rude wait staff & host people at another restaurant & was looking for a replacement to the next days dinner & I allowed it to hit a nerve. That's was my fault not Spring Houses'. Pls accept my apologies & I have deleted it completely. I had to pick a star to post this because Google wasn't letting me respond to the mgr directly. we plan on visiting the restaurant this week & will update the review immediately after that

Very unique and charming atmosphere we will definitely be coming back frequently. The food is amazing. I highly recommend the lasagna bolognese. Our waiter, Evander, was attentive and made great menu suggestions. Bravo!
