As both a customer and past employee, the coffee at TCC was truly delicious, specialty-level coffee. They more or less roasted their own coffee under the name Amalthea Coffee Roasters here in NJ. I was sad to hear it was changing ownership...but I hear it'll be re-opening under a different name and have a similar dedication to good coffee...maybe they'll even keep using the same coffees/same local roaster!
I really like this place. The staff is wonderful. The coffee is very good but leaves some room for improvement. I guess I will have to go back everyday for the next year to see if they deserve that 5th star.

Fast forward: I came across this gem driving down the road and decided to give it a shot. Having a coffee background and in the wholesale roasting business, I love and appreciate a great cup of coffee. I was utterly impressed as soon as I saw the Japanese cold drip hairo method for cold brew. The oldest and best way to make cold brew and really make the coffee...
