I visited your establishment on a Monday night at approximately 11:20 PM with a small group of friends. Unfortunately, we experienced what we believe to be discriminatory and unfair treatment by Manager Alberto.

Without justification, Alberto refused to serve our group any alcoholic beverages, citing that he believed we were intoxicated. This was not the case, and a police officer—who is also a resident of our building and present at the time—can attest that no one in our group was behaving inappropriately or appeared intoxicated.

Despite this, we were categorically denied service. What was even more concerning was that Alberto refused to serve anyone affiliated with our group, regardless of whether they had consumed any alcohol beforehand. Our group consisted of Hispanic and LGBTQ+ individuals, and based on the interaction, it felt as though our identities may have played a role in how we were treated.

We came simply to enjoy drinks and food, and instead were met with hostility and what appeared to be bias. Denying an entire party service based on assumptions, rather than individual behavior, is unacceptable and sends a harmful message about who is welcome at your establishment.

I hope this matter is taken seriously, as inclusivity and respect should be a standard for any business that serves the public. Thank you for your time and attention.

Sweet polite Manager, great service, clean place it was our first time in a restaurant and we liked the food and enjoyed the service . The waiters are very polite as well. It was worth the drive from Staten Island,NY

If they could get a zero they would. Tonight was a rough night at BJ’s. Starts with all the silverware being dirty. The server brought new silverware and that was dirty as well. Finally some clean after 8 sets of silverware were dirty. Then the food came, steak over cooked and the veggies/potatoes iced cold. Others at the table had cold food and sent back. The manager then disputed the temperature of our steak.
We exchanged for just pizza which we really didn’t want. They provided free $5 desert which we didn’t want and proceeded to tell us they would take the steak off our check which we returned.
Horrible experience. Better places to go.

Was super excited to try this place but I was let down fairly quick. It took around half an hour to get a server. My family and I only ordered drinks and pizookies but it took another 30 minutes for those to come out. Drinks were terrible and the cookie was raw.

I liked my food which was basically a bouqie KFC famous bowl it was a loooooonng time for us to get drinks, food, and dessert. Service was so slow on the day I went but yeah if you’re in a rush definitely not the place.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which has left me quite disappointed. Last night, my son and his high school friends had dinner with a group of 20. Unfortunately, both my son and his friend ended up with food poisoning.

Today, my son reached out to report the incident, but he was unable to speak directly with the manager. Instead, the host only took his phone number, which didn't feel adequate, given the seriousness of the situation.

I have always loved dining at your establishment, but after spending a sleepless night caring for my son, who couldn’t keep anything down, and experiencing the lack of direct communication from your staff, I feel compelled to reconsider my future visits.

This place used to be good. It’s horrible now. Last time I went it was bad but decided to give them another chance. Server took long to bring us appetizers. Then it took another 40 mins for food. They weren’t even THAT busy. We even asked what’s going on and she said the kitchen had an Issue. The meal they had nerve to serve me was put together sloppy with 5 fries. Dining area was dirty. Do your self a favor and skip this place.

Fun pub atmosphere. Interesting beer selection and great variety of food on the menu. It was our first time visiting. Our Server Kristijian was amazing, fun, friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back !

Honestly, the food was a huge letdown. The advertisement made it seem amazing, but it didn't live up to the hype at all. And it's too expensive for nothing.

The pizookies are delicious, if you can get a fully cooked one... My past few pizookies have been a rollercoaster of emotions; glee that I have it, then massive disappointment.

This place has become a favorite of mine and my husband's. The food is so good, great service and love the drinks here. The atmosphere is perfect for a football game, baseball game, etc. Pricing is reasonable and we always have a good experience. Recommend.

This restaurant offers a fantastic ambiance that sets the tone for a good dining experience. I tried the crunchy jalapeño burger and spicy peanut chicken noodles, both of which were bursting with flavor. The desserts here are a must-try—especially the warm, giant pizookie topped with ice cream. Every bite is pure heaven

Went here for dinner and was very disappointed. I ordered the House Cheesesteak for $19.99 and it was very small and it came with a very small serving of Onion Rings, which was an upgrade from fries for $3.49. So for nearly $24 I got about $11 worth of food. Waitress was very nice and the atmosphere was welcoming but with those prices, this was my first AND LAST time at a BJs Restaurant.
