I had an extremely disappointing experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewery in Teterboro, NJ. After dining with a friend who later left, I stayed behind to enjoy my meal a bit longer. I momentarily left my table to use the restroom, and upon return, I found my table completely cleared – my jacket removed and food, including a nearly full drink, gone.I tried to inquire from the bus staff about my jacket, but communication was difficult as they did not seem to understand. My repeated attempts to explain were ignored, and they responded inappropriately, showing no intention to assist. The situation escalated when a person, who identified himself as George and seemed to be a manager, approached me with my jacket and aggressively asked me to leave the premises. He accused me of causing a disturbance simply for asking about my belongings and threatened to call the police.This treatment was not only unjust but also humiliating. Being threatened for simply inquiring about my personal property that they mishandled is unacceptable. I have video evidence of the incident which reflects the poor handling and unprofessional behavior of the staff and management at this location. I would not recommend this establishment based on the disrespect and mismanagement I experienced.Update in response to the owner: Thank you for reaching out. The food is good here.very fresh and tasty.people work here are nice. But one thing I m not happy about is they forgot gave me the dipping sauce for the boneless wing and the soda last night

Im sorry...but..once I see a cook go into the bathroom...do their business...and leave without washing their hands....I'm contemplating going back. I'm hoping he wasn't the one who made my burger....

slow service at bar while there are other waiters/waitresses just standing and doing nothing. overpriced food with mediocre quality. my friends dish did not come out the same time the other dishes came out. there are better places to eat without getting stuck with bad service or a bloated bill.
