I ordered 3 chick fil A sandwiches, fries, nuggets, and some salads through drive through. I was in a rush so didn’t check my order. They completely forgot all 3 chick fil a sandwiches!! Unbelievable!!

Been coming here for years now and lately they have been lacking on the breakfast badd! The breakfast burritos are basically falling apart before you can open the package(my blind grandmother could wrap a burrito better) Hope better improvements come soon. (Almost a year later and there’s no change…)

I recently had a disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A, where I received a raw chicken sandwich for the second time. It's concerning that this has happened more than once, as food safety is crucial, especially in a chicken-focused restaurant. Each time I reported the issue, it felt like the team leaders, including Glen, didn't take it seriously or show any urgency to resolve the matter. Salmonella can pose serious health risks, and it's alarming to think that the proper cooking procedures might not be consistently followed. I believe that addressing food safety concerns is essential for any establishment that serves chicken. I hope that the management takes more significant steps to ensure this issue is fixed, as it could impact many customers. Overall, I feel that more attention to this matter is necessary to maintain the quality and safety that patrons expect from Chick-fil-A.

Great establishment. Great food, great service, and I love the play zone. Their water has always tasted off though. They should consider a different filter if they’re using one. It’s the only restaurant in the area like that.

When I pay for 10 chicken strips, I expect to get 10 chicken strips. Not 8 chicken strips. Hence, the one star review; best I can do, since I can’t get a refund at this point. Perhaps more quality control is in order.
