It is Tuesday at 9:03 PM, and I am currently dining inside the restaurant. I attempted to add a single item—a cookie—to my order. However, the staff, specifically the young manager on duty, informed me that no additional orders could be placed after 9:00 PM. I would understand this policy if I had just walked in or had not already been dining inside, but being told to go through the drive-thru while already seated in the restaurant felt unreasonable.
The other employees seemed uncomfortable and tried to explain that I had been dining inside prior to 9:00 PM, yet the manager (short, red haired girl) still declined and turned away from the conversation, rudely saying ‘NO!’ advising her employees to ignore me.
I fully respect that policies are in place for a reason, but a bit of understanding and customer consideration would have gone a long way in this situation.

Very clean and neat establishment however, it took me almost 20 minutes to receive my order! I told the person at pickup I’ve been waiting for my order and she tells me “there are orders placed before yours,” how rude? Meanwhile I’m seeing people order, get their order and pickup orders all while I’m standing waiting! Keep in mind I ordered French fries and a milkshake. Also on top of that you mean to tell me that people have been waiting for their order for over 20 minutes???? If so, very inefficient!
