Mobile ordered coffee. Could see that it had brought up and the person running the mobile order area wouldn’t give it to me. I had to wait while she prioritized Uber Eats rather than helping the customer right in front of her. Not cool. Could have taken me 1 minute to get it. She made me wait for no reason.

The chicken sandwich was fresh as well as the waffle fries. Requested extra sauce which was promptly provided. Added cheese sauce to the order which would not try again, once was enough. Location was very clean, also had motion sensing garbage receptacles which would help if there were more at different spots.

It’s crazy that I would pay a toll just to come to this chik-fil-A location in teterboro NJ. Well I do but I can tell you the customer service is great and food is fresh . Walmart also is in the vicinity so after shopping I would treat my daughter to Chik-fil-A .

The food is good but they got a weird kink for never giving u a damn straw. Even worse if u Uber Eats/door dash the food. What are they doing with their straws that they don’t want give to give them up. Must be sacred/important to them since they hoarding it. Kinda concerning since this been going on for a couple years. I’m getting curious 👀

I live very close to a Chick-fil-A but this is my preferred spot. The reason? There is an awesome play place that the kids love. Even though this location is super busy, you can still expect the same level of service and attentiveness as you do at other Chick-Fil-A's. But you can now enjoy your meal while the kids are having fun? That is a total win.
