Chipotle Mexican Grill

The steak was way overcooked, and the girl who helped me picked up some lettuce that she had dropped on my bowl. Lastly, there was no AC, so it was freaking hot. I love Chipotle, but I’m never coming back to this location.

This chipotle just sucks seriously. I had a pick up order and I also tipped 3 dollars, and still no napkins or utensils when it says on the bag it should be inside. Really???! Ok now for the food it is just so bland and doesn’t even look or taste fresh. I stay away from this location. After months I went back and it just confirms that I was right. It just blows my mind how people keep coming back. Save your money!!!!

Possibly the worst portioning ever

served small portions, which has been a common concern among many patrons. During my visit, several individuals expressed their dissatisfaction with the quantity of food provided in relation to the price. Specifically, it was noted that customers often only receive half of a container for their orders. Employee said they supposed to serve this much only.

I reached out to customer service and shared my experience with them. They responded by addressing the point on how to add it on the app, which wasn't really my concern or complaint.

Chipotle never fails! Finally got to enjoy my favorite bowl before leaving Jersey—fresh, flavorful, and just how I like it. It’s always my go-to comfort meal, and this visit was no exception. A perfect send-off meal!

It used to be alot of portion.. it was mind blowing chipotle serve this small portion but more money.. i will go somewhere else in that case.

I visited the Chipotle at the Teterboro, NJ location, and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any Chipotle.

There were five employees behind the counter, each supposedly assigned to a different station — yet the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. Despite the number of staff, there was absolutely no teamwork or sense of urgency.

When I ordered, the staff forgot to include the ingredients I clearly requested. Most of them didn’t seem to understand English well, making communication even harder.

To make things worse, they had run out of several ingredients, but no one informed the customers. I just stood there waiting, not knowing why the line wasn’t moving.

On top of that, while I was there, another customer came in to complain about their order and every single employee stopped what they were doing and just stood around watching the situation, completely ignoring the rest of the customers waiting in line.

It was unprofessional and frustrating. No one stepped in to manage the line or continue serving others. It felt like the entire operation was falling apart.

Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing. I expect much better service and management from a Chipotle location.

They put a tiny portion in my bowl, is the first chipotle that they give that quantity, I remember, the last time I came I got a stomachache. The owner need pay more attention at this business and the franchise too.

Charged $8 for what they call a quesadilla, it’s just dough. Better food and service elsewhere, like other reviews the staff doesn’t care about cleanliness or politeness. Support small businesses instead!

Third time in a row I’ve gotten a bad order. Lots and lots of cilantro stems in every bite , chicken fatty and grizzly. They are so stincy withe portions, I only order the bowl and it’s not even half full-I’m not even talking protien—they’re stingy with rice and beans and lettuce as well. So the bowl is always practically empty. I don’t have a problem at Lodi or Clifton Chipotle’s.

Tiny bowl, filled up as little as possible and costs upwards of $13. Staff is rude also. Don't go here, go to halal guys next door for better food at the same price.

whatever you dont eat there it's unsanitary,the employees dont even want to be there. They're not clean utensils, the soda machine doesn't have the correct sodas they say they are. The portions aren't even big enough to feed an average size person. Finally the food gave me food poisoning! don't eat here go to literally any other Chipotle near by or the one of the other restaurants in that area
