This place deserves 0 stars. Worst customer service. Workers attitudes are always absolutely disgusting. They had no meat last night & it was only 8:50 when they’re listed to close at 12. Nothing being made in the back for I can wait on I’m not sure if they wanted me to just order rice & beans but absolutely not do better.

bee coming for the past few days and the portion size is always miserable, ask for a a bowl and they will barely put haft scoop of chicken. looking somewhere else

Came to this Chipotle to grab a bowl for lunch. It was my first time at this store. Seemed pretty nice, clean and organized. Had a lot of sunlight through its glass walls. Condiment area had all the items. The line was short, I got to put order my bowl within a minute.

All the ingredients were available including the new Chicken Al Pastor. Al Pastor was really good. But the fajita was also not fully cooked, seemed boiled then grilled. I was also disappointed to see the line associate putting only half spoon of Al Pastor and also half spoon of guacamole in the bowl. After eating Chipotle for 15 years, I can easily tell this bowl was 30% less than what I usually get for a bowl.

Ordered the other day and found a moth in my food midway 🤢. Had to call corporate waiting on an answer. There’s reports it’s in the lettuce from not being properly washed. Everything else is fine but ask for the lettuce on the side to see for yourself

This is the THIRD time I found hair in my food!!!! They’re always rushing everyone to get served and leave, they are extremely rude and always charge extra for things that I don’t even ask for. I have to constantly correct them. There’s times I say no drink and they still try to charge me for a drink. Worst chipotle I’ve been to.

This place this is worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’m a huge fan a chipotle but there is no English speakers even and they don’t understand orders. Don’t come to this place please…

This place is a complete disaster. The staff doesn’t even attend to you; they’re constantly talking among themselves, and the kitchen clearly looks extremely dirty. They don’t provide proper service because they’re too busy gossiping with their coworkers, and to top it off, their hair is practically touching the food the whole time. I don’t know if this place has a supervisor, but if it does, he or she needs to be replaced immediately!!!! . This place is a mess from the moment you walk in. I really hope they actually conduct an inspection of the employees at this place. This is terrible!

Avoid this place like the plague:
1) The worker literally put back more meat from each scoop before finally putting into the bowl.
2) Even skimped out on the vegetables/rice. 3) Surprisingly, the only chipotle where I have ever been to where the rice was cold.
4) The water from the machine wasn’t working so I tried root beer soda. The carbonation wasn’t working so it tasted like sludge/syrup.
5) The manager or the cashier has very poor communication skills to other workers.

I ordered food for delivery, but most of the ingredients were missing, leaving me to eat nothing but rice mixed with sour sauce. I paid 60 dollars, yet the meat had a strong, unpleasant fishy smell and was clearly not fresh.
I have ordered from Chipotle many times at different locations, but I have never experienced such careless and poor quality service. This was by far the most irresponsible and disappointing location I have ever ordered from.

Every time I come here I am astonished at how bad this location is. Rude staff as always, always waiting 20 mins past pickup time for orders, varying prices for the exact same order. Horrible.

Every time we go, staff seem confused on who is at which station, what customers are asking for, and this last time we left without ordering. The server skipped us and started taking care of the person next to us. She had a huge order and never came back to help us and took the next person all while we stood in front of her waiting for service. No apology, and manager it Supervisor kept moving people around confusing them.

This Chipotle is one of the worst-run locations I’ve been to. The store was completely empty, not a single customer and the staff were just standing around while basic things were left undone.

The napkin and utensil station was a mess, the floor was dirty, and the counters clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The food line was no better: wilted lettuce, barely any corn, and the guac was being scraped down to the container walls because they wouldn’t bring out fresh food.

Communication was also a major issue. Several staff members couldn’t communicate clearly in English, which made ordering more frustrating than it needed to be. Simple requests had to be repeated multiple times, and the whole interaction felt unorganized and inefficient.

Portions were tiny, the service was slow despite an empty store, and the overall experience was just careless. For full-price food, this is unacceptable. This location needs better oversight and basic standards.

Quite possibly the worst chipotle out there.

Order was wrong to the point of being inedible. Chips were off. The guac was bad.

Parking is also terrible and service was underwhelming. Just close this one and move on. Sheesh.
