Continue to state that the tortilla heater is broken but the can fulfill the burrito order online. This has been going on for weeks, close the location if the machines aren't working then.

This place is absolutely horrible and the portion sizes are disrespectful to say the least how are you charging a premium for less than a few ounces of meat chipotle espeacially this location has gone down the drain spending over 22 dollars for no meat having to order double to resemble something filling

The middle-aged lady I had to deal with is genuinely horrible. I was there at about 6:10pm today. The young man who greeted me and started my bowl was pleasant and upbeat to be there. Genuinely a good kid. My order was light rice and extra, extra beans, and he portioned out my chicken. The middlaged lady stared at him portioning the one scoop. And still asked him if it was double. The young man said no ( and it very clearly wasn’t too much and she very clearly saw him do one scoop). I ignored that and now she was serving me. I asked for extra fajita veggies, and normal portion pico tomato’s. Then I asked for corn. I asked for more corn and she scooped up just a very small amount of corn on the second scoop. So I asked politely again for more corn. That is when she said CORN COST EXTRA. I said “no it doesn’t, since when?! I truly don’t know if chipotle charges extra for anything, but I think she was genuinely trying to charge me more bc I got extra veggies. I don’t know if management is pushing this down her throat, but ultimately CHIPOTLE HAS NEVER CHARGED MORE FOR EXTRA VEGGIES. Ultimately every other time I come here some of the woman staff are rude and unwelcoming. Though the woman at the register today was very kind. I never review btw, but I this is an issue that has to be brought to someone’s attention.

The food is not very good. The rice is undercooked and the food portions are very small. When I asked for more food the lady said it was going to be extra money. The coke came out as water. The customer service was very bad. They started laughing and playing while taking my order and gave attitude. In general I would not recommend going here.

I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but my recent visit was honestly terrible. The service was unprofessional from start to finish. The staff seemed irritated and rushed, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. My order was made incorrectly, and when I asked politely for it to be fixed, the employee acted annoyed and didn’t bother to remake it properly.

To make things worse, the restaurant was messy tables weren’t cleaned, and there was food all over the counter area. The ingredients didn’t look fresh, and the portions were noticeably smaller than usual.

It’s really disappointing to see how far the quality and customer service have fallen. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon, and I hope management steps up to fix these issues.

The counter was dirty with lots of food crumbs. We saw the lady behind the counter trying to clean out the crumbs with the same gloves she prepared our order. While making our food some bits of steak fell off and landed on the counter, the lady placed it back in our tacos. I told her I saw that and she cant do that.. mgt needs to retrain this food handlers

The lady dispatched my food so rude she thinks I don’t speak Spanish that’s why she thinks is okay for her to start to criticize my girlfriend or me saying that we dum and don’t know why are we even here ordering at this time

The steak was way overcooked, and the girl who helped me picked up some lettuce that she had dropped on my bowl. Lastly, there was no AC, so it was freaking hot. I love Chipotle, but I’m never coming back to this location.

This chipotle just sucks seriously. I had a pick up order and I also tipped 3 dollars, and still no napkins or utensils when it says on the bag it should be inside. Really???! Ok now for the food it is just so bland and doesn’t even look or taste fresh. I stay away from this location. After months I went back and it just confirms that I was right. It just blows my mind how people keep coming back. Save your money!!!!
