If i could give 0 stars i would. Don't bother going to this place . Their customer service is terrible , i seriously do not think they read their orders. I placed an order through the app for a steak bowl with rice ,fajitas , tomatoes, corn, cheese and sour cream and got a chicken bowl with guacamole and sour cream ,looks disastrous. they obviously did not check the orders when packing and did not bother to correct it. I had to drive all the way back from home to get my order. They did not offer any refund for the mistake. Think twice before ordering here.

Terrible experience. Girl at the cashier charged me for 2 sides and steak when I ordered chicken. Told her that I wanted my things to the side and it’s chicken and just calmly asked manager to just refund me. She insisted that I ordered other when I didn’t and even the cashier girl apologized saying she did charge me extra. Manager didn’t take accountability and I just asked for a whole refund after she asked to check my burrito even after and my trusting me making me like some kind of criminal. Her name was margarita i think, she’s the short Hispanic, heavy set manager. Thanks for the terrible experience. She eventually gave me my refund after 17 minutes

if i could give 0 stars i would. i've been here multiple times and never had a good experience. they never have half the food chipotles supposed to have. my wife said "can i have barbacoa" and the lady just shook her head. non verbal and for what? and then when she was making my burrito she was just creepily staring at my wife while she was waiting at the counter. stared at her our whole way out the door. through the glass all the way to the car. the last time we were here we got a chode sized burrito. literally the size of my pinky. never go here unless you wanna leave angry and hungry.
