We use to come for sandwiches here. Today I ordered my regular hot sandwich. My sandwich was half without sauce and the other with a different sauce of what I ordered. The ticket was corrected from what I ordered but the preparation crew didn't make right. We'll, maybe it's time to look for different options.

Ordered a simple soup from online pickup. Arrived a few mins early. Waited and waited didnt see a bag in the rapid shelves. Went up to the dine in food counter and my bag was sitting there the entire time. Please place online orders in the RAPID PICK UP shelves!!. I understand you are eager to get ready for closing but you were still open for another 15 minutes with customers inside. This is like the time I ordered a sandwich from here and the sandwich had two stale loaf ends...come on now do better!

I dislike so many things about this Panera. Rude. Slow. Wrong orders. Missing items. Manager w the Russian accent is so rude. Helena? Elena? Very rude. The kids behind the counter make really weird sexual comments.

Starting off, no one was working the registers, so you’re forced to order at the kiosk. Fine, no problem. I placed my order for two coffees and a bagel with cream cheese. One coffee was supposed to be black, the other with syrup. The bagel was sesame with walnut spread.
When my name was called, I received a bagel tossed in a bag. No parchment, just a half-cut bagel with a plastic knife and a separate container of cream cheese. If I wanted to make it myself, I would’ve stayed home.
To make things worse, the coffee turned out to be self-serve. So what exactly did I pay extra for at the kiosk?
There’s a true star at the Panera in Teterboro—her name is Joanne, and she works behind the pick-up counter. She always greets customers with a smile and provides excellent service, making every visit pleasant and welcoming. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stand out and make the experience special.

I went today for the first time ever go to Panera bread & I even told the very light skin chubby lady in the back who was preparing my food . And I was kind of taken back how little cheese she put on my Italian steak & mozz order mind you I wanted plain just steak & mozz so they save money on my order . And nevertheless the lady in a rude form refused to add more cheese saying that how much cheese the sandwich comes with , I regret not taking a picture of this homeless looking sandwich . I’m actually going to put a complaint on this transaction with my bank . Stay away from this location . Lady in the back don’t give you what you pay for . I felt scammed out of my $30 order .
