Best Panera Ive ever been to. The staff and the managers are 2nd to none. I'm a regular here so I obviously get the star treatment but everyone gets it obviously. Just be respectful everywhere you go and I promise you will get the same in return.

Ordered a coffee and a snack for a brief business conference. The food was great, the coffee was flavorful, albeit not as hot as freshly brewed, but I actually prefer it that way.
Sat down to enjoy my coffee and food, only to notice that the music was pretty loud. Even with my in ear headphones with noise cancellation, I could hear the music clear as day over my business associate. I approached the manager to kindly ask them to turn the volume down a tad, because it was a bit loud. Unfortunately, all I got was a dirty look, and I was ignored. The music stayed at the same volume the entire time I was there.
I think it goes without saying, that a business such as Panera is a popular place to enjoy a meal and have a meeting or business conference. The music should not inhibit the ability to speak and be heard clearly.

Dined in and the soup was barely room temp, baguette was undercooked and doughy inside. When I went back to the pickup window after one spoonful of soup and asked to get it heated up (politely and friendly, wasn’t pissy about it) I was told I had to do it myself which is pretty ridiculous. I forgot there was a reason I stopped coming to Panera. Tasty food, but quality and quantity has declined over the years and really not worth it. Now with lack of service seeing no reason to come back. There are better options for coffee, baked goods and now the meals.

I came here 20 minutes to close because my wife has a cold a wanted some soup. All I got was broth and one measly piece of a little chicken. I brought 2 orders. For the staff who served me. You knew there wasn’t any chicken or soup really left but you was okay with giving me scraps which is messed up because I’m a paying customer. I will be going back in the morning. Smdh Paying full price for 2 soup bowls full of broth.

I just wanted to take amount to acknowledge the team that works here. Being right next to Costco and Walmart they experience a huge amount of foot traffic but they are still super nice and really efficient. The premises are well maintained too.
Yesterday they thoughtfully added a cookie to my order to acknowledge a slight wait. Was so touched by the unexpected act of kindness. It really made my day ♥️ Thank you again 😊

My phone pinged food was ready and when I went to go look for my plate, there wasn’t one there. I thought I’d be funny and say it says it’s ready and not ready like maybe I ordered to the wrong location. I don’t think it was received well but I accidentally put it to go and no plate. The manager kindly helped me find my bag. I’m sure you deal with a lot sorry to come off badly!

The food is good. I was annoyed, that soup and 1/2 sandwiches are listed with one prices. I wanted the comb for 7.99, I had to pay individually, The clerk could not explained why the price differences.

My wife is watching us eat because they never packed her food. Paid and confirmed the order twice with the drive thru order taker, got home, soup and sandwich not there even though we paid for it. Thanks Panera!
