I ordered a teriyaki shrimp rice bowl, which was completely tasteless. It had neither the original flavor of the food nor any cooked taste whatsoever, which was quite surprising; I can hardly believe they can open a restaurant like this.

It is a very reasonable price and delicious. If you like a little sweet and spicy food, then I recommend adding hot sauce.

Ordered 4 meals couple of days ago and they looked like this,barely any chicken on them.
They looked very busy and that might be the reason why they were giving such small amount of chicken.

Rude girl at the front desk, death scrolling. 11$ sushi roll with brown old avocado, wasabi was sitting out so long it was like gum or powder idk. Better quality sushi at walmart.
Everyone working there looked miserable, very depressing

Ordered the bento box lettuce all red and spoil . Rice from teriyaki and roll soggy and sticky i never had such a bad experience with Sarku Japan i always go to WillowBrook mall and is always great but today i was near by this one and well i guess i wont come here never again .
