The service is great, but the food... I don't understand how can it was so packed and the food taste is very little to none. The soup didn't have any flavor. Rice with shrimp was just not tasty. Maybe everyone else gets the teriyaki. Price is good, too, but probably not going back.

I think the picture speaks for itself. I ordered a chicken teriyaki order and this is what I got lol.Not sure if they ran out of chicken or what but this order was def a joke ?. I asked the rep and he couldn’t give me an answer.Last time coming here. Bergen town center is it going forward.

I received my order that was placed through the Uber Eats app. I asked for chicken Teriyaki double meat and an order of volcano sushi. When the order arrived it was burnt chicken, stale, cold and I live 5min from there. Looks like it was just sitting there in their kitchen, plus they didn’t even give double meat like asked on the app and was paid for. The volcano sushi received looks like it was made on Wednesday. The food overall was not fresh. I do not recommend this place, unless you are planning on getting sick. I had to throw it out. Never again.

Do not waste your time here. They give you hardly any teriyaki sauce, hardly any beef, and the dumplings, which are supposed to come with dipping sauce, come with nothing. This place stinks.

The boy at the counter gave real attitude… the boy Joel who also works there is nice but the other one … not so niceMy daughters never been to Teterboro before Tuesday was her first day entering the city exploring the restaurants around it and I’m glad the people are welcoming her into the city. My daughter is new to the job but was so nervous running the main cashier because she thought she would mess up but then realized she was doing okay.. because she has so much experience since she was working since she was 10 years old! Please don’t mistake her for being a guy just because she has short hair … I hate when people do that .. Graffiti on the bathroom wall? You have to seriously pay 50 cents extra for some sauce? I’m absolutely shocked she’s the only female working there.. they’re really counting on my daughter!!! My daughter absolutely loves this place she’s happy to serve costumers with a smile even tho she’s anxious … packing orders is a little bit new to her but she understand the priority of the job witch is a good thing.. she’s been a host for more then 7 years threw out other company’s of the restaurants. ever since she has gotten this job she’s been thankful every day to be making money and meeting new people and seeing new faces ..The only problem is is when it’s dark outside and when the doors are locked my daughter has a hard time seeing the figure of the person because she’s so far in the back of the store it’s not her fault she can’t see someone that’s usually the males job because she handles the cashier and other people around her and she watches the restaurant to make sure everyone is safe!! That’s her job!! Is to make sure people are safe and runs the main cashier … Khriss This is your mother…. Love you Khriss hope you have a fun time next week at work . If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered to go, when I got there the doors wouldn’t open and I spent 5 mins trying to get their attention but they just stared at me like I was stupid. Thankfully a guy who was mopping had the common decency to open the door for me. Once inside, I grabbed my order and the man handling pick up orders tried to grab my bag saying “I have to make sure that it’s yours let me see” cause I’d really spend 5 mins banging on a door to take someone else’s food right?! Then he had an attitude when I asked for spicy mayo and put three squirts in a container for the twelve California rolls I had ordered. Terrible workers!!
