“This is a better Sarku Japan I’ve been to compared to the one at Bergen town center. Walked in on a weekday night and got food in 5 mins. Regular portion is a good size of meat.

My only complaint about this place is that the rice and veggies are a bit cold. I think the rice and veggies are prepared a long time ago.“

“I went here with my sons. The staff was prompt and very friendly. We got some dumplings as an appetizer which were delicious. My two picky eaters who are very picky about hibachi rice ate every last grain. In fact my son ate all of his then proceeded to eat most of mine! It really was quite flavorful.“

“Had a great birthday dinner for our grandson - the chef was fantastic, and so was our server. The food is ALWAYS delicious. And this time we discovered that you can get the old mustard sauce, by asking for it! Who knew! Don't forget to get the fried rice and the garlic corn!“

“The legendary Kiku Alpine STILL lives up to its name. Today's visit was a gentle reminder why I prefer the original Alpine over the secondary Paramus. To some, they might be the "same thing," but no, they're not. The atmosphere, the food, and the service are all way better in Alpine, as if the staff are being properly watched over by the responsible manager. Since the early 90s (my first visit), the food's been great, portions are generous, and the shows are always impressive.

Kiku had been one of my favorite, and it's now one of my children's favorite places to eat out.

Paramus left me with bitter taste several times over the years, including messing up the reservation TWICE and making me wait for over 45 minutes, saying that my table is being setup, until they admitted that they had messed up my reservation. Both times, I ended up going to Alpine and was served right. Weird, because I'm by biased, but things just worked out the way it did.“

“Yakisoba tastes almost the same in Tokyo street food!!!!! Love it!! okonimiyaki is also good! The chicken (karaage style) is also a must try. Another thing i like is they prepare the food fresh. Can’t wait to visit again. :)“

“My family and I had a great time at Ooaka Sushi! We ordered hibachi and everything was amazing — the food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. “Last week was the first time we went to this restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last time. We had a good time with the courteous service, with the first-rate dishes and fine drinks and with the decent charge. We will no doubt return there again.“
