Really nice experience dining at Roadhouse, good food with nice price. Portion is big and many of us didn't get to finish so we packed to go. Because we stayed almost at the closing time, the restaurant gave us three full boxes of dinner rolls (we love them with the cinnamon butter!!). Losing one star for the one hour waiting time, hope they could give a better reservation policy.

This time it was the first time I go to Texas Roadhouse I tried their riebeye 16oz and omg incredible and let me tell you that I am chef the juicy meat perfect cooking point seasoned to perfection I don’t need extra salt or pepper all his companions were delicious I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends. By the way, the waiter was very attentive and courteous, excellent service

Our lovely waitress, Jordan, was very pleasant, helpfull, and very proffessional. The 14oz rib eye steak, ordered medium well, was perfect and melted like butter in my mouth. A big thank you again, to Jordan.
I cannot stand this location. The food here is good like any other Texas Roadhouse but the bathrooms are atrocious and the clientele is very rowdy and low class. I saw some drunk guy get arrested here at one point. It’s a shame it’s the only one in Bergen county it’s quite a hike from my town up north too. The wait times are also really bad just FYI

So I joined the weight line at 6:46 and it was an hour and 15 minutes before we even came inside when I came into question what was taking so long the hostess responded with we have people sitting that don't want to get out I will say I did speak with a manager and she made me feel a little better Marcus was great very professional smiling very happy was on top of everything but I will not be coming back to Texas Roadhouse as a company it's absolutely disgusting how their systems are done

Great Service Staff with great quality of food made for a truly amazing meal. Our waitress Abbey was very nice and welcoming. She was friendly and helpful with special requests for our dinner. Always with a smile and asking if we needed anything else, very attentive well spoken. I will whole heartedly recommend Texas Roadhouse to all of my friends.
