This has always been my and my best friend’s favorite restaurant, and in less than a month, we’ve already visited more than four times. Today, we just went to chat and order some drinks and an appetizer we always enjoy.
At first, the service was good, but as soon as the waiter realized we weren’t going to order much, he started acting indifferent, treating us coldly and ignoring our table. He seemed focused on someone else at the bar, joking and speaking in another language, while completely ignoring us.
Because of this behavior, we felt uncomfortable and ended up leaving without ordering what we really wanted. It’s a shame because we’ve always loved the atmosphere and food at Applebee’s, but this service completely ruined our experience. We hope situations like this can be avoided in the future.

I went to this Applebees to enjoy my night and there was a cockroach on my table when my food came. The waiter was pretty nice until he killed the roach on the table. The manager did not take accountability and said it was from a customer, not the restaurant. Very unsanitary. DO NOT COME HERE.

I used to come here late at night for the half price appetizers, more than 20 years ago. The quality was okay at the time and of course you couldn't beat the prices. The prices are still okay but I find the food not the best quality anymore. This isn't one of my favorite casual dining chain restaurants anymore. It's just okay.

I've been here twice in a row here in this unit and neither time there's broccoli and it's on the menu, the meat I ordered for the second time came hard and done, I ordered two steaks and they sent only one and after I finished eating they sent the other, well I expected more.

What a great night to be a Veteran!! Walked in and the very personable host asked me if I happened to be a Veteran! Yes! I said! He this is your night free entry! So, the beer and dessert was my only items on the check! Thanks Applebee's, nice tribute to the several veterans hanging out with a very attentive bartender! Great job!! EZ walk to the Sonesta Hotel nextdoor for the night!

A large party of teenagers was waiting to be seated and I asked not to be seated near them and I was directed to a table directly across from them. Was this done in spite or because of the next server getting the table when there were tables open on the opposite side of the restaurant. I have teenagers and know how loud they can be.... So 20 of them had some volume.

I only waited about 15 minutes while several employees bypassed me, never was told to hold tight the order is being prepared or nothing, then when the man brings it out to the front he’s nasty and asked me do I like coming to this restaurant I said no PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHY I DONT! He tells me I work for him remember that! How rude as a business man you need to be professional at all times and that’s not the aura that Applebees give cause I eat at a bunch of them but him threaten me and say he will put it in the computer for me not to come back to the restaurant is insane especially when it was not my fault that I wasn’t greeted nor helped while standing in his pick up area. I am not sure if he’s racist or not but I wouldn’t put it past him like who greets a tired woman just trying to pick up her last order for the night the way he did it’s unacceptable and veryyyy unprofessional so I will be following up with this with corporate on Monday! Because he too has a boss.

Got car to go service. Ordered Prime rib dipper with extra $2.99 prime rib option. They skimped out HARD on portions. What did I even pay the extra for?? Would not recommend for any dining or take out service unless you love wasting your money. Much better options out there.
Just shared a delicious meal here with friends. Arrived around 7:30pm without a reservation and we were promptly seated. The servers were incredible, even the one in training. The food was on point and met all of out cravings.
