Our server Mike in the bar area was not very competent I told him it was my granddaughters bd and wanted a BD cake NEVER got one. He was not knowledgeable when it came to loyalty cards he was totally incompetent first said we could not combine them then he said he checked and said we can then when it came time to pay he said we cannot then said we can. We paid with GC and cash he never gave receipt nor did he give change from cash when I specifically told him his tip was not to be included as I had tip money separately when I asked for a receipt he went to the garbage and took out the customer copy which is NOT a register receipt. Folks like that should not be serving a reputable chains loyal customers. In addition said he has no new loyalty cards to give us. Shame on you Mike!!😤

Walked in and sat at the bar, our bartender was a wonderful woman named Leen. We’ve been to a few Applebee’s but I have to say Leen was easily one of the most exceptional bartenders we’ve ever had at an Applebee’s or any other bar for that matter. Friendly, attentive, funny and just overall a great person to talk to. Our food came much faster than I or my girlfriend had expected (and it was outstanding). Everything we could’ve asked for, if I could give more stars I would! 11/10
This is disgusting. I tried to order burger that was mowing raw as it can get. And they gave it to me well done as well done as I can get it. It was like I was chewing on a hockey puck. If I wanted to do that I could’ve gone to a NLH game.
