I just ordered a bottle of water paid for it. Then she hands me a warm bottle of water and says, the refrigerator's broken. Enhance me a cup of ice. I would have wanted a refund, but I knew that was going to take her quite a while and there was a long line, I didn't want to bother other people.

Almost Every single time I come here there always someone giving nasty looks or they are extremely rude and disrespectful need s new employees!

I just love you Aunt Annie's hot dogs they're so amazingly fresh everything tastes so delicious the staff is very nice the food was very good and very clean facility and a very reasonable price I recommend everybody to go here and try their hot dogs

Absolutely DISGUSTING experience today 10/15/24 at roughly 1:55pm. I was charged $1.49 for a dipping sauce but then when a previous customer who was also the same ethnicity as the employees working said she assumed dippings came with got two free and the phrase used by the employee was she got two for free for “their people” absolutely disgusting that I’m getting treated differently because I’m white and they are African American. Will not be back again

I was just at this location yesterday, and the cashier I got was extremely rude! She looked to have no customers service skills at all. She didn’t even try to be nice and give me my pretzel. While getting my pretzel out of the box. She, was looking at me weird, and with attitude while she getting my pretzel. I could tell she hated me for no reason. It was not a good customer service experience with the cashier. I would appreciate it if management fix this issue!

I can do without the eye rolling and huffing puffing when my fav item is never made not even at lunch time and I worked for Wawa you’d be fired if you didn’t have stuff ready for customers!

I bought some pretzels for my Mum and Daughter, they couldn't eat the Pretzels so I tried it... but they were so bitter and rubbery for some reasons.... i noticed it was burnt but I always managed to eat them ... however this one was not edible... so I took them back... but the guy told me he couldn't do anything about itAnd was so rude and arrogant about it... I was in total shock so I left the Pretzels for them to keep and left... I have been A customer for a long time... but no more the lady that runs the place is very pleasant but that's not enough if you have rude workers.

Virtually impossible to get a jalpeno pretzle. Never available, unless you wish to wait an hour and a half.Not been able to get one in over a year when i come to the mall.Not even going to bother even trying anymore.Peace out Annie.
