I bought some pretzels for my Mum and Daughter, they couldn't eat the Pretzels so I tried it... but they were so bitter and rubbery for some reasons.... i noticed it was burnt but I always managed to eat them ... however this one was not edible... so I took them back... but the guy told me he couldn't do anything about itAnd was so rude and arrogant about it... I was in total shock so I left the Pretzels for them to keep and left... I have been A customer for a long time... but no more the lady that runs the place is very pleasant but that's not enough if you have rude workers.

Virtually impossible to get a jalpeno pretzle. Never available, unless you wish to wait an hour and a half.Not been able to get one in over a year when i come to the mall.Not even going to bother even trying anymore.Peace out Annie.

Asked for a CHEESE PIZZA was given pepperoni instead. I also asked for a large lemonade and was charged $4.49 even though sign says $4.19, sadly it was mostly ice and I also pointed it out and cashier was like oh yea we know that and wouldn't fix it. Receipt clearly says cheese pizza

These pretzels are super salty, dry, burnt and my cheese cups weren't even melted. Pretzelmaker (other pretzel store ) is 100% better than this auntie place.

The pretzels are ALWAYS fresh and are DELICIOUS. Service is amazing, the employees are really nice, the place is very well kept, very clean and really organized. You'd be hard pressed to find pretzels around that are THIS GOOD in Toms River. Would definitely return here, and definitely recommend to a friend!

I highly recommend you check if the dough is cooked before you or your kids eat ANYTHING from here. We ordered a few snacks to our office via DoorDash so there was no way of bringing it back to Auntie Anne's so I had no choice but to throw this out. Our mini pretzel bites were perfectly fine, but this hot dog dough ..well, just look at the pictures I attached. The outside of it looks cooked, I took a huge bite into the outside pretzel and immediately felt the raw dough before biting into the hot dog. I almost puked. The entire inside is completely raw. This is not safe, literally people could and will get sick from raw dough. You would think they would have perfected baking being they sell all baked goods... First and LAST time getting anything from here, sorry. It's one thing if it comes in cold or whatever, but raw?! Disgusting.
How can a food place run out of napkins? Now not to this location but their dips come less than half full and you pay a dollar for it. The pretzels are good don't get me wrong. This place needs more help during the holiday season lines are long and it takes forever to get things.

Even though I don't really like going to the Ocean County Mall, I enjoy coming to this long-standing Auntie Anne's. It's been around for as long as I can remember, so it's pretty nostalgic for me. Though it's a chain, they make good pretzels most of the time. This location tends to hand out samples often which is a great marketing tactic since 9/10 times, I usually cave in. My favorites? I love the cinnamon sugar nuggets. The original nuggets are too plain for me, but works well with dip. In terms of regular pretzel twists, I love the almond, cinnamon sugar, and sour cream and onion if I want something savory. I recommend coming here if ever you find yourself at the Ocean County Mall. I deducted one star since the last time I went, the nuggets were soggy... I'll give it another chance and update my review if this becomes a consistent issue.

I ordered two pepperoni pretzels, one was sitting in the case looking dead and way past its existence. The sweet woman at the register said there were two fresh ones coming out I could have. Well another woman felt the elder pretzel needed a new home and while she assured me it still had life in it.... it did not. It was so grosse.
