I went to the Toms River location. I ordered a cappuccino blast. Was not given whip cream or topping with it. I ordered a ice cream cone with sprinkles and only got around 7 sprinkles but paid extra for spinkles. There was a ceiling leak which was leaking by the food. I won't be back to this location.

Claimed to have 0 waffle cones but advertising they have the freshest cones. They don't make new ones. When asked why, it was my manager makes them get this was my third visit and none were made. I highly recommend finding a new place to get cream this establishment is nothing but lies and false advertising
They have 10 flavors not the 31 it advertised. Toppings are not listed and the girl behind register was rude as hell. Said only bowl cones, yet as I see her take said cone out of bin they were under sugar cones and wafer cones. Lazy is the key word for this establishment.

I pay alot for a ice-cream cake for my husband's birthday. And for over $40 I get to have 3 long dark hairs in between the ice-cream and the pound cake.. disgusting. So glad I literally got to throw $40+ in the garbage and ruin someone's birthday.

Everything I ordered was messed up. I usually don’t have an issue when employees make mistakes, everyone does it, but everything was messed up. I asked for a medium french vanilla iced coffee and It had no french vanilla in it, so I gave it back and they put more pumps in it. I also ordered a jelly donut and I didn't get it. I THEN ordered a pancake bacon wrap, and I received just a regular wrap. My friend ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, and the croissant was burnt to a crisp. The hash browns that we received were also burnt. I understand that mistakes are made, but this is just unacceptable. The employees obviously don’t care and the manager or the boss of the place should have a long chat with their employees that they hired. I am completely disappointed with this dunkin and I will not be going back.

I was very disappointed in Baskin Robbins. 50 dollars for an ice cream cake ( They said we customize your cake ) Well I asked if they can write Happy Sweet 16 . The nice Lady said No but you can buy some candles . I don't want candles. She said we don't do that. She rang me up told me I'm better off going to ShopRite and get a Carvel cake . Well I should of . After I was rung up I asked for a bag as my cake was quite large and was told we don't give out bags . Wow !!! Next time I will take my business elsewhere. I

Milkshakes are all milk. Hardly any ice cream. Might as well been chocolate milk. Not worth $6.

I’ve been trying to place an order for a cake for my mom’s birthday. When I go to the website to order it gives me an error message and tells me to call the store directly. No one answers the store phone so I can place the order. I’d do it in person but I’m calling from NY to pick up on the way to my mother’s house.

Happy to see that there is still a Baskin Robbins in Toms River on route 37… The young man who served us was very polite very accommodating, told us about the app… Looking forward to enjoying my pralines and cream. But again the young man made our brief encounter very enjoyable!...
