The customer service here is absolutely horrid.
Nobody is on the same page, they make up their own “policy” rather than what’s actually listed in their policy agreement. Spend 1000$ on a tv, spoke to 3 people prior to bringing in the tv to return, also spoke to the customer care center agents whom sent over the policy to ensure this was acceptable. When bringing in the tv with the help of an employee who smacked the tv against a wall and dragged it on the floor (unboxed), was told “nope not taking it back” and ensured nobody would help in the store and to take my now damaged tv back home until the morning to try with a different manager who had time to review the policy. Dave, the manager on at the time, refused to help and said to take it up with Brian the store manager.
It is a large warehouse club. You can get good bargains there. The Deli is usually crowded. There is plenty of parking and a lot of handicapped parking spaces. It is open 7 days a week and most major holidays. On the Holidays that they are open, they have reduced hours. They are located on a major East/West road.

Although the bakery is awesome and the workers are great, BJ's is not the place to ship at for any of their gimmicks. Free turkey for the holidays absurd. Don't waste your time and money.
