BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The food was great. I love this restaurant. Just one minor nuisance. There was a birthday party going on and they were very loud. There are doors that could have been closed between the two areas that would have cut down on the noise from the party cheering and yelling.

We went there with very high hopes with such a huge menu.  The appetizers were good, but overpriced for the amount of food you got, and the main entrées were a huge disappointment. My daughter did not like her sirloin steak bowl at all, she said it didn't taste good and didn't eat any of it. My son had the steak and shrimp dish. He ordered the steak medium rare and it came out medium well. We sent it back and this time it came back medium. Still not his liking and he didn't like the taste of it, but we didn't want to send it back again and have him wait to eat. The desserts were good, but again, small for the price. Overall, aside from the main entrées, not tasting very good, the place is way overpriced. Almost like they're trying to be like a cheesecake factory, but the taste of the food doesn't come close. 

Brought someone who had never been there before. They had the 3 for meal and couldn't stop raving. I had the ahi tuna salad and it was great except the dressing was overly tart

Food is good but just way overpriced. My drink was $12.50. Good, but again, way overpriced.

It was...fine. I don't have high expectations fpr places like this and while nothing was bad, it isn't someplace that I'll rush back to. Safety notice: the floor in the dining area and the restroom was beyond slippery, I'm fairly agile and I had to concentrate in order to maintain my balance.

Eat here! You can thank me later.

BJ's Toms River NJ

Like the ending of Yellowstone, this place is a shame.

This chicken sandwich is everything a guy could dream of. Crispy and fresh chicken complimented by coleslaw of the same. Two amazing sauces that add to the menajahtwa in your mouth. And to top it all off, they make their own beer. While the beer isn't enough to call home about, it's nice to see the effort and to try something new.

Now the downfall. This place was overrun by high school kids. The restaurant reaked of Axe body spray and Proactive Ointment. We even got to witness a fight in front of the store. The staff seemed beyond annoyed by this and it was all too much for me. I won't be back. I'll write songs about this sandwich and long for the day it was in my mouth knowing I'll never go back.

Not sure what is going on here but when there are many empty tables but a fairly long line waiting to be seated, something is not right. Seems to be understaffed but staff didn't look stressed about it so service suffered. Prime Rib menu item not available during the time specified. Like everywhere, prices are up and plates are half empty.

Great for beer and burgers. The service is impressive - so attentive and pleasant. We sat at the bar and our bartender alone, Sergio, would make me want to come back with his pleasant vibes!!

This is the second time I have come to eat dinner with my family at this restaurant and they have no utensils!!!!! How does this keep happening?? Also you have at least four tables that I saw that needed their phone’s light to read the menu! Fix your lighting and buy more utensils!!! Also your server had little to no interest in helping with the utensil situation or refilling my drink or getting my food in a timely manner. I would put his name but since I was sat next to the bar I could barely hear a thing! Do better I like your food but your service and atmosphere are horrible!!!
