I ordered a whole chicken at around lunch time. It was not really that good. If I had to take a guess I would say they gave me one of yesterday's left over whole chickens. I was disappointed!

Customer service in drive thru was Excellent. Polite and very helpful. Unfortunately we had a small problem with our food. I called and spoke to the manager who was Very polite and apologetic. Came back the next day and he Apologized and replaced our order and gave a refund . Very very nice. The best Customer service in our area . Also the replacement food was delicious. Haven't been there in a while. Decided to go on a whim, and pleasantly surprised they have new items. The sweet Thai chicken was really good, as was the Nashville hot chicken. Didn't seem to have as many sides as before. Only issue was the corn bread. It was on the dry side, not as tasty as it used to be. But overall, I'll definitely go back.
