Breakin Bread Eatery Reviews
Went there for the first time ever. Had to bring our phone to be fixed in the same plaza. So we stopped in for a bite to eat. Nick had a meatball empanada which was absolutely delicious. I had “the tower” two pieces of fried eggplant with layered fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers topped with a balsamic reduction glaze. OMG it was so very light and refreshing. After the phone was fixed several hours later we went back and got more to have for dinner.

Breakin Bread Eatery is a terrific spot reminiscent of Brooklyn delis. The Nicky Newark sandwich remains a favorite, while the variety of items that change daily includes salads, sandwiches, and delicacies like rice balls and eggplant rollatini. Customers highly recommend this place for its incredible food, fresh bread, and excellent service. The eggplant towers and salad are also not to be missed. Many people love their catering and recommend trying anything with eggplant. The Milan sandwich is a great choice, and the meatball empanada is absolutely delicious. The tower, with fried eggplant, fresh mozzarella, and roasted red peppers, is light and refreshing. Visitors appreciate the friendly staff and the murals on the walls. It’s the best sandwich place down the shore, with huge portions and a great selection, making it a must-visit for anyone in the area.
