Speaking on behalf of my significant other…. He walked in to get some bagels at 8:30am and the workers were extremely rude and unfriendly with him. None of the workers looked happy being there and mocked him after he said “thank you” and “take care”. He took it as whatever but I don’t take this lightly at all. As a former manager of a restaurant, if you can’t run a business with happy/satisfied workers, don’t even be open. We get it, it’s early in the morning, but this behavior should not be tolerated regardless of the hour. Sad to say we will not be be coming here again based on the treatment.

I used to love this place, but not anymore. Whenever you go there they have no salt bagels! If you know it's a favorite, make more! They say, call ahead and order, "no one answers"... The bagels are now very small and do not taste the same. It's a shame we can't get a decent bagel in this area. I wish the original owners would come back. At the very least, the original employees..

Just got really puny sandwich. May as well have just ate a bagel. Was basically empty and i even asked for 3 eggs. Also french toast bagel not good. Just sugar slimy mess on a bagel. Won't be going back for a while

I love this bagel shop they will go the extra mile my girlfriend has a cheese allergy and they make sure that there's no cheese even close to her sandwiche they are the

This place doesn’t know how to answer the phone. I called 4 times before I could get someone and when I got there it wasn’t busy at all. 5 people behind the counter and when I got there I got attitude. Decent prices

The customer service here is absolutely horrible got double charged for one bagles cream cheese person never asked if we wanted toasted or not not wearing gloves whole bunch of teenagers running the place with no attention to the customers this place used to be a great place to go employees were more concerned with talking to each other and being on their phones and taking care of their job employee watch me throw the bagel in the trash while walking out the door because it wasn't toasted ice cold and said nothing after I asked him why isn't this toasted

Nice place for bagels. Giant bagels, what they provide in size they lack in taste. Bagel is just to dag gone big. Too much bread overpowers any meat/cream cheese.

Excellent coffee 10/10! Fair prices. The particular Sesame bagel I received was flat, but I don't think this is typical, I just got an irregular one. Nonetheless it was still good. Recommend.
